nice view over the lake, easy to get to. breakfast was excellent and dining area provided a beautiful view. gluten free breakfast options were available and appreciated. I had to adjust my reservation two times and hotel was very helpful. parking on street.

The room was very old and tired. The bed to low to the floor for me. The shower when hot selected is dangerous, especially for children.

The staff and Restaurant were amazing. The staff very friendly and had a fantastic meal with probably the best view ever.

Nice and cozy hotel in a small town, good breakfast good service good people, old style everything. Best of all is the lady at the reception who changed our room on our request even though it was difficult for her to change it. Very nice accommodating polite. We really appreciate that

The room was very outdated, and it was quite loud with the train and cars passing by right in front of the hotel. The trade off is that you have the beautiful lake views though. There was no A/C, so luckily it cooled down at night that the room temp was okay, but I imagine in the summer it must be super stuffy in there. If you're tall the end of the bed would be painful as the mattress is set a bit lower than the bed frame.

The views from the balcony were beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good.

All was really nice

The view from our room, the hotel is dated a little but it is comfortable and clean and has all you need,, The location, about 10 min drive out of Interlaken for us was ideal, It was peaceful, even with the trains which added to the atmosphere.. The staff exceptional, especially Lisa who went out of her way to assist me..

Easy checkin, friendly staff. Great location for our two day stay to explore Grindelwald and Spiez. Room and awesome lake view. Car parking at the property. Casual little lake side pizza and beers place by the lake.

Nothing everything was perfect

The location is fantastic, picture perfect. The owners look after the hotel with so much pride. Make you feel very comfortable and have a very homely feeling to the place. Amazing views with bus to Interlaken and Spiez always on time. Very quiet if you don't want the noise of the town. Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely will love to go back.

Outdated Uncomfortable room (you can’t dry hair in the bathroom, the shelf is above you head in the bed will most likely make some troubles to you, dark in the room) Mold in the bathroom The staff tries to work at reception and at the restaurant at the same time
