We loved everything , but would have liked a washing machine

The apartment has everything we needed and was beautifully set up! Everything was so comfortable and clean and the location was great with lovely views. The only possible addition would be a washing machine. The chocolates, coffee, salt pepper, oil and power adapter were fantastic to find. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We couldn’t use our usual international socket so had to buy one especially to fit, we had to take turns to charge through out the night as there were 4 of us! The host should have prepared a few just like the other apartment we stayed in Lucern.

Good size apartment and location is quite good, its near to Interlaken West station and its easy access to buses and supermarkets are nearby too. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook a few meals during our stay, felt like home😁

Perfect home away home! Everything you need was there and the apartment is in the center of the town. Easy accessible to restaurants, grocery shops, near to Interlaken west train station. Apartment is well maintained and very clean, recommended for families, the apartment has a covered parking lot.

There wasn't much to criticise to be fair. In the second bedroom the curtains were a bit thin and let in lots of morning light but that would be a problem easily remedied.

Located in a quiet corner just of the main drag in Interlaken (5 mins walk), the apartment was spacious, comfortable and adequately equipped for a family stay. Pets are also well catered for with dog bowl / blankets, this was adequately adopted by our cat so the blanket was definitely cleaned from the last occasion. The kitchen was fully fitted with Microwave / oven / hob / fridge freezer etc and there were adequate utensils, pots pans etc to cook family meals. The Dining Room could easily fit 8 at the table. The living room was equipped with a very comfortable sofa and armchair with a coffee table big enough for two laptops and a switch, There were adequate powerpoints for a family of 3 each with multiple devices. The Wifi was strong and fast. The TV was a good size 4k There were 4 Beds in the apartment over two rooms and the two that were used had good firm matresses and warm duvet's. The Bathroom was fitted with a corner bath / shower and plenty of hot water. The separate toilet added another layer of convenience at bath times. The small balcony to the rear of the building offered imposing views of the Männlichen mountains and on a clear day as far as the Eiger, a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or a relaxing moment watching the paragliders swirling into land at the Höhematte in the town centre. To the front of the building the view is of the cliff leading up to the Harder Kulm Restaurant and observation platform. The staff made contact before and during the visit and were friendly and helpful. 12/10 couldn't have asked for better :)

The property is very well located and is close to main interlaken west. the hosts are very welcoming and the apartment is neat and clean with all amenities. there’s parking available in the garage. we had a memorable time here !

The apartment is still being set up as it is new. There are no window coverings in the parents bedroom. Not even curtains with a tension rod. This should be noted in the description. The apartment across from the parents room has a front porch light, that seems to be motion activated, that shines right into the bedroom and would keep you up if you were to try and sleep in that room without anything. Plus, there would be no privacy for changing or anything as there is nothing at all covering the window, I know it is a new place and they will put them up at some point, but this is something that should be shared before booking. The bathtub is very high. If you are short or elderly, you would have a problem getting in and out of the tub. I am 5'9" and I had trouble. It is however a very nice tub and my youngest enjoyed "taking a swim" in it. :) It'd also be nice if they could provide a better shower head. It is not very big for the size of the tub. Other than those small things, it is a very nice place and good value for the location and how nice the place is.

This is a newly renovated apartment that is clean, comfortable and really nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable as was the living room area. It was super cute and had just about everything you'd need. The kitchen was nicely stocked with good options. Full sized fridge, oven and stovetop. They had a drip coffee machine as well as a percolator and even provided coffee and espresso! They also had some salt and pepper for cooking. The hosts were very nice and answered any questions right away. They welcomed our dog and had a cabinet with a dog blanket and bowl. The view is AMAZING!!! I could stand and wash dishes and enjoy the view of the mountains. Also, location was superb. We walked to the train station as well as to the city center area. The river is about 2 blocks away and just a really beautiful area to stroll around. They provide a one car garage that we were able to squeeze our Honda Odyssey into. This is not noted in the description of the apartment, which I think they should include as well as note that you have to request the use of the garage ahead of arrival. The value for this apartment is really good and I would definitely stay again if in Interlaken.

The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to the river behind and a couple of minutes walk to the town. The host is super2 friendly and helpful... we even got offered a good price for paragliding since we booked his apartment. Other than that nothing much to complain.. Interlaken city is a beautiful city and the apartment gets us pretty much what we wanted for a holiday.

The bathroom and kitchen were not heated, so asked the owner for taking actions, but it was not taken within staying period. The owner send me e-mail to explain that government recommend 18 degrees for winter. I do not understand. It is suitable for people who can withstand cold temperatures after returning from cold outside.

High humidity and unpleasant smell in the house. Small bathroom with large bathtub. no space on the washstand. uneven floor especially corridor to the master bed room.

We had really bad experience . No response , lights were not working, bad cleaning no hygiene stuff were available like hand soap, not any shower gels even no contact response. ☹️☹️

The washbasins are too small. In the facilities column it was mentioned that the apartment has an additional toilet but there was only one toilet (WC), although we did get discount of 50 CHF upon complaining but for us (family of five) it became little uncomfortable with just one toilet as we had specifically booked the property as it claimed that they had an additional toilet. One of the beds made creaking sound when you take a turn while lying.

The apartment was quite spacious and in very quiet zone. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. Location was good, walking distance from the bus stop or Interlaken west train station, 2/3 minutes walk to the lake where you can sit and enjoy the view. You can walk down to the restaurants or to the shopping area. WIFI was working fine. Big TV in the living room with few local channels, you can also personally login into your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts.

The apartment was in a great location for Interlaken. Walking distance from Interlaken West train station. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. A really beautiful part of town was just a short walk away. Apartment was well appointed with Netflix etc and amply stocked kitchen.
