I recently stayed in a fantastic 2-bedroom apartment in Lucerne with stunning mountain views, and it was an incredible experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and hot plate, along with plenty of crockery, making it easy to prepare meals. The layout was practical, with a separate toilet and shower, which was convenient for our group. There was also luggage storage, which made it easier for us to manage our belongings. The location was ideal, with easy access to the station and nearby shops, allowing us to explore the city with ease. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Lucerne. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Interlarken.

Pillows we're uncomfortable, felt like 20cm high straw filled sacks. Lighting in kitchen could be improved.

Location, parking, communication with host, cleanliness, quiet safe neighbourhood. The apartment was extremely well equipped with quality kitchenware and equipment. Large smart-TV with full range of TV channels. First apartment I have booked that provided enough toilet paper for the duration of the stay and also a first aid kit. Kudos to the owner.

There isn’t anything we disliked, but a suggested addition would be a washing machine, even if just for the building.

Great location and views, really nice kitchen with all the necessary equipment we needed, nicely decorated apartment, comfortable bedrooms. We also liked the guest book and very much appreciated the luggage storage room. It was close to everything and yet removed from all noise brought by tourism.

Excellent location. Just five minutes' walk from the main market bus station. I liked that it was quite peaceful, and the views were excellent from the balcony. Apartment was well furnished and had all the essentials to make it feel like a home. The huge TV and toys in small bedroom were a welcome bonus which my son really liked. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant to interact with.

Excellent location, just 10-15 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It was everything we needed as a family of four.

The location is good. It just few minutes walk from Interlaken West train station and city center. There is a bus station close to the apartment that convenient to travel to Interlaken Ost station. We informed the host that we arrived at around 2 pm and hoped the apartment to be available and it was surpised that they made it for us. Thanks for the nice arrangement.

Check in time was too late (5pm). Room wasn't ready at 5pm due to mix up with cleaning team but they came quickly to correct this, so it was ready by 6pm. No lift but they helped us with our heavy bags.

Apartment was huge and budget wise (compared to other options), it was very economical. Staff was very helpful. Gave us extra fans as it was getting hot at night. 10 min walk from Interlaken West and very close to the river. Great view from the room. Provide parking if needed.

The hair wash items (no body wash item) left is a bit second hand feeling. It will be better to prepare it by ourselves.

Bathtub was too high to access. Lower height tub or standing shower would have been better. Some cigarette smoke smell found in washrooms time to time. Not sure if it is from other units we all were non smokers.

Only one thing that we didn't like. No locks on the bathroom and toilet doors. Everything else was perfect.

Almost everything was exceptional and exactly as promised. Clean large rooms, excellent kitchen with all amenities. Peaceful area, yet close to main street. Interlaken West station is about 8 minutes walking distance. We arrived early and were provided a code to access the key to store our luggage in the luggage room which was very helpful.

The bedsheets were a bit rough like sandpaper. Wifi was spotty and kept disconnecting without internet access. Very strong smell of cleaning products.

Super convenient location steps away from the main Street. Close to grocery store. Beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious apartment. Dishwasher, kettle, fridge and freezer. All dishes and cookware provided. Parking space and secured luggage room available for use before check-in and after check-out, providing a safe option to leave our belongings while exploring for the rest of the afternoon before leaving the city.
