Very good location and nice view from the balcony. Friendly stuff, so cozy room with great interior design, combination of modern and wooden details. Super clean. Breakfast was also very good. It is pet friendly so our little furry friend enjoyed as well. Big parking just in front. It was good connected so we could go around by car and by foot everywhere

The noise of the music from the bar. You could hear it on the second floor.

The music from the bar was very loud until early evening. But otherwise superbe hotel. The pool was amazing, warm and quiet.

The staff at the reception (one young lady in particular). It almost felt she was making us a huge favor by replying to our questions. For instance, we asked her "could you tell us more about the ski activities of the hotel", then she replies something around "you can check in this page, you can write an email to this address and ask questions directly. We also asked for the travel card that gives free access to the public transport. We filled all the information, and waited to get an an email with the link to the travel card. It never happened. I called 2 times the reception asking them to send my card, and they kept saying that they would send. The receptionist at some point told me "don't worry, no one checks the train, so no need of a card". If I had listened to her, I would have been fined, because I took a local train and there was someone checking the train tickets. We made a complain when we arrived at the hotel, and one of the receptionist (a nice one) told us that it did not show in her system that they tried to send me the card. We were very disappointed.

The staff seemed to lack of training. Every year we noticed this specially in the bar and restaurant (and breakfast since is the same staff) but this year even for check out the woman who help us had cero interest in actually being a good host. She hand me a bill and said nothing… started chatting his her colleague, borderline rude.

We have stayed there about 5 times in the last 3/4 years. We love the place, so cozy and the facilities are great!

It’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Best breakfast, magnificent view, beautiful rooms, great bar and food

Unfortunately, service at the bar and restaurant „La Vue“ did not meet our expectations. We often had to wait for too long, orders were misunderstood or the staff just did not bring what we ordered or forgot something. Also, the atmosphere in the restaurant „La Vue“ is rather „cold“. There is no focused light on the table and it‘s very loud. I would recommend to either eat in the cozy livingroom-area or go out.

HUUS Gstaad has modern and cozy rooms, a great view and everything you need for a relaxing spa-weekend. Everything is clean and cozy! The bar/livingroom area is a real highlight where you can enjoy a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, snacks or just a coffe. The perfect place for a cocktail before dinner, to read your newspapers or to relax after dinner.

Hadn’t noticed anything we didn’t like.

We love the design, the layout of the place. The breakfast room on the 4th floor is huge. From the outside it looks like a cute chalet. But inside it’s huge.

It may have been because it was a Saturday, but there was a loud electronic DJ in the lobby until 10pm that was equally loud in the restaurant. This isn’t my “vibe” but I can’t complain — others may love it. Just something good to know you’re expecting a relaxing romantic dinner.

Everything is brand new — great design, clean, and the room is intelligently laid out for being somewhat small (my room category was the cheapest). I loved that my room opened up to the lawn and the views were nice at sunset.
