Breakfast was not included and parking was extra. Air-conditioning never got the room cool - cleaning staff continually opened the window which cut the A/C off.

Great location and walking to all the major attractions in Lucerne is quite easy. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our heater was broken the first night so they brought in a space heater, which took care of the issue. They fixed the heat the next day. We also earned a 5 euro discount at the restaurant because we waived room cleaning during our stay but weren't provided a voucher so when we went to the restaurant they wouldn't honor it. The waiter told us it would be discounted when we paid our bill for the room, but that was erroneous information. Make sure to get the voucher before you go to the restaurant

This hotel is in the PERFECT location. I would definitely stay here again. It's steps away from the Chapel Bridge and only a few blocks from the train station and close to shopping and yet it's quiet and upscale and has an Italian restaurant attached. The bed was comfy, which is very important to me, and I loved having a kettle for tea and coffee in the room.

Even though we requested ahead of time two beds, they didn’t have that info when we checked in. It took a while, but they were able to separate a king bed for us. The room was tiny and had a terrible view but it was clean and well appointed. The tv kept going out on us, we told them at checkout so they could get someone in to fix it. For the price of our room, breakfast should have been included.

Breakfast was not included and would’ve been $25 CHF extra per person per day. The location was easy and close to the train station. The staff friendly and professional. A restaurant attached which we ate in one evening, expensive but good food. Complimentary mini bar included in our room.

The wifi signal was not stable and not reached inside of the room very well.

The location was perfect, located just near the Lucerne station and just 2 min walk from the famous bridge. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.

- Location is very central with most things within walking distance. - Staff was very helpful and supportive - Their in-house restaurant is good. Needs reservation but they are upfront about this fact which is appreciated.

As a Muslim, I hope more Non pork sausage would be available. Also I would love to have toilets prepared for people who are disgusted from cleaning by toilet paper and rather use water.

Clean, modern, great A/C; close to the train station, and American sized bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Luzern is very walkable, and this hotel is perfectly located for tourists.

The air conditioning was not very effective. We couldn't figure out the setting for the first 2 days and on our last day we asked for help. However, during the night the room wasn't cool enough.
