The location of the stay is really good, overlooking the Geneva lake and the city. The sunset view from here was quite amazing. And the food at the restaurant was also very good.

A lovely guest house in a superb setting. The staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive. Food was reasonably priced (for Switzerland) and excellent. Simple but comfortable alpine rooms. Charming!

The breakfast was excellent. There was big spread of buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The balcony with the table and chairs and the kettle with teabags coffee milk and sugar was a bonus

The only downside is that soundproofing is really bad, we were able to hear everything that was happening in the room next to ours.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the view from the room is gorgeous, you are up in the mountains and can see the lake and the city from above. The staff has also been very friendly and welcoming. You need a car to be able to get there easily. The room is cozy and has all the necessities.

Great restaurant, very nice food and amazing views from the terrace. We stayed in a basic room "chalet" with no bathroom/toilets (in the hallway). This part of the building is rather old and has a lot of squeeky floors and loud doors, so the nights are not very quiet when there are other people staying in this part. Other than that it's a very nice place to spend a night and enjoy the surroundings.

The meal at the restaurant was lovely but the lady taking our order was a bit rude. She pushed us to order one mains per person and we as asians share our food as we dont have that much appetite. We planned to have 3 meals for 4 of us but she refused to give the fourth plate stating that the fourth person wont be eating thats why we order 3 meals vs. 4. This is not how you do business woman!

Location is just out of the world. Fantastic!

The staff! Jules and Patrick were fantastic as well as the gentleman on reception but didn’t get his name. The hotel dates back to 1959 and it felt very cosy sat eating the delicious fondue, drinking wine, watch the snow coming down outside! A lovely stay and will definitely come back here again. The COG railway was literally 2 minutes away and a novelty ride to and from the centre of Montreaux plus it’s free if staying at the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in every way ! Beautiful location, pleasant and clean room. Everyone is welcome. Their hospitality knows no bounds. The restaurant is fabulous, delicious food and drinks ;) It is absolutely worth the price, and we would love to return !

We booked a shared bathroom room, not a huge fan of the toilet not having somewhere to wash hands in the same space, and not a huge fan of the bathtub situation but it was ok!

The restaurant is really nice and welcoming with the open fires and friendly staff . The one thing which i find so over the top in price was 1/2 liter beer costed us 10chf and the 300ml shandy 6.50 never been charged sooo much anywhere else !

Great location. It was lovely to not need to use the car for 3 days as there was lovely walks straight from the hotel and the train stop was only 3 minutes from hotel which takes you straight into the middle of montreaux ( free of charge) .

Everything! The view was amazing, the local transportation to arrive was also great! At night we had some fondue which was great!!! We told them it was a special occasion and they made the whole experience super special. 10/10 recommned. If I ever go back this is where I will stay and recommend to friends.
