We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThere is a bar downstairs in the hotel, which is very noisy at night and will be noisy until late at night. The hotel facilities are relatively old and the sound insulation of the room is very poor, so you need to wear earplugs when you sleep at night.
The hotel staff is friendly, the parking lot has enough parking spaces, and the location of the hotel is also very good, you can see the waterfall when you open the window.

Great view out of our window. Good value for money. Pub was nice to go to in the evening and wasn't loud from our room on the top floor. Kettle and cutting board in room was useful.

Location is fantastic. I was a solo traveler and the twin room was perfect for me with outstanding views. The pub could get quite loud in the evenings (very popular spot due to food and prices) but once I shut the window it blocked all sound.

United StatesIt has a pub that's really the main place in area that is open past 10. If you prefer to be asleep by 10/11 and your window is on side that is loudest you may end up getting woken up by a rowdy group. Euro final day was predictable but next day was more annoying. It's not the biggest deal but know going in.
Location was amazing near falls.. Easy access. Nice facilities.

The location was great as it was very near the Staubbachfall Waterfall. Toilet was clean. There was a sink in the room which made washing up convenient. There was also a table with chairs for people who require it.
