very nice balcony with view of mountains. very large compared to most apartments. large living room and kitchen. safe neighborhood. close enough to walk to town and trains. provided interlaken pass. kitchen well equipped.

This was not a problem, but just a fair warning. It is not exactly a short walk to the railway station especially if you have heavy luggage. However, there is a bus stop not far from the house and you can get a free bus ride with the city passes that you receive before you arrive. Do note however that the bus stop is a short walk from the house. Again, this was not an issue for us, but you should plan accordingly. The walk if you decide to take it is flat all the way through, so not arduous.

We loved our stay at Hasel. The property was really good value for money with spectacular views of the mountains from the balcony. The rooms were spacious and we had a good time as a family in the living and dining room. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main town in a largely residential area. This was perfectly nice for us. We had enough towels and toiletries available. The house was very clean and the provision of washing machine and dryer (shared with other residents in the basement) was very useful.

I think only suggestion I had was better access to Laundry facilities. While there is a laundry room downstairs of the property- it’s difficult to navigate as there were no instructions in English. And since it’s a common area, the access gets limited.

We loved our stay here! Such a cozy and comfy apartment offering a great view from every room. The balcony and views offered us great opportunity to relax. The beds/beddings were comfortable. The kitchen and appliances were sufficient. Bathrooms were clean and modern. We very much enjoyed our 5-day stay here.

We thought the apartment was very clean and check in was very easy. Our communication with the host was fast and easy. He was always quick with his responses. The apartment was very spacious. It was very convenient to have laundry on site. The detergent was also provided. We would definitely return here if ever back in the area.

The view is lovely and we really enjoyed the experience of living in a Swiss neighbourhood. It is a quiet location away from the centre of Interlaken but conveniently located within walking distance to everything you need shops, bus stops, restaurants. Accessing the apartment and getting around has been really easy. The host is friendly and approachable and has provided clear instructions for everything. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there is also a laundry which is very well organised.

This is maybe typical of apartments but we could hear the upstairs renters walking and moving chairs and furniture so the walls are thin. We also did not like a couple nights when the upstairs renters were loud and blasting music and screaming. Seems like a more lively crowd in this town as it is a busy place for backpackers and other visitors.

The location of the apartment was ideal when we booked as this was our first visit to Switzerland and wanted to have a base to explore the Swiss Alps. Interlaken seemed to be the right location. We liked the size of the apartment and the facilities. The neighborhood was quiet and we did enjoy walking around the town.

Spacious, balcony view was awesome, having a cup of expresso overlooking the snow capped mountains and chalets, clean, furnished kitchen, not too far from center of town, driving distance from Sigriswil panoramic bridge, downtown interlaken can drive or walk, beautiful drive along the blue green waters of the lake and gorgeous mountain views to Iseltwald, the quaint picturesque town, site of the korean movie "Crash Landing on You, " plus near 3 ski resorts, and Jungfraujoch mountain tours. Interlaken very sweet town. Listening to the church bells very peaceful site.
