Nothing much, but the apartment is a bit older (creaking floorboards etc.). Kitchen utensils were not very clean.

Breakfast is on your own and remember to get up early because few places to serve breakfast pretty much stop serving by 10:00 the view was magnificent of lake Brienz and surrounding mountains for view 5 thumbs up!

The apartment could be cleaner. Empty water bottels and other trash were under all the beds for example. We asked for a later checkout because we spent the day in Brienz. The receptionist refused to give us even an hour more, until 11am, although they only started to clean the apartment after 13:00 when we went passed the accommodation. A slightly later checkout would have made a huge difference to our family. A minor thing, it is lovely that the apartment has a pod coffee machine, but beware that it doesn't take ordinary coffee pods, we bought some pods from Co-op but it didn't fit. Also beware that you have to pay to use the swimming pool. After paying a lot for the apartment, this additional cost took us by surprise. The shower curtain is incomplete, so there is water everywhere when you take a shower.

The apartment is lovely and spacious and the view is amazing! The aparment is well equipped and is very centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay!

I love every single things about this apartment. The owner was so helpful. The phone is exactly the same with the original apartment. The view are amazing.

Apt had lots of flies. Dishes not clean. Washer not in the unit. Hard to communicate with the person who collected the city tax. No explanation of where to find parking garage. Extra 20 Swiss francs to use the swimming pool.

Flat is not properly clean. I can deal with the furniture and decor being dated but it's not properly clean. Someone has hoovered and changed the sheets but cups and dirty etc It says it has washing machine and dryer - IT DOES NOT. Extra charges for parking and swimming pool Cleaner who came to explain parking did not speak English or German. Unclear communication when i asked question to host on parking, washing machine etc

Location and views are great Massage chair was popular in our family TV channel range is excellent! Compared with other property costs i guess value for money is ok.

Didn't like that the entrance doors were street-faced and the ones entering the building were always open. It could also have been fresher and tidier inside the apartment.

A lovely place. The view was spectacular with a view of the lake and apartments pool. Realy enjoyed relaxing in pool. No communication problems faced since the host spoke in 9 languages was very welcoming.

Floor is toooo noisyyyyy..Bad communication about Garage parking...No info at all.We have booked parking for 8chf/day.Since there was no info where the garage is located we have to find parking slot at the road which was no.problem..On the LAST day there was an info sticking at the door how to find the Garage which was too late..However we appreciated the place.About the floor we do understand that it is an old building but it is no help if you cant sleep all night!We were 4 persons.Each one got up to go to the toiletts i the night.So 4 persons got up 2 times each night plus nebours upstairs!!That was too much.Well it is not a complain but it is an INFO..We wont get back there again because of the FLOOR..for sure..
