It is clearly an old Hotel, but it was clean and comfortable in a great location. It was perfect for our overnight stay

I would have preferred the beds to be already separated. My son is 14.

The size of the room was great for my son and I. The bathrooms are also roomy, with high ceilings and a modern shower. Brasserie restaurant was great. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious. We didnt feel rushed. They even encouraged us with our French. I like the new and old elevator. The location of the hotel is brilliant. The pillow was too flat, we asked for 2 more at the reception and they were brought up straight away.

Staff is very friendly, Hotel is let's say nostalgic looks and feels like the hotels I went to with my parents... 40 years ago. While everything is very old, it's well maintained and clean. Room was very spacious, only the bathroom is seriously outdated.

the key, quite large, had to be left with the receptionist, and upon returning you would have to wait sometimes if there were people checking in. Sometimes, when the window was open, you could feel the smells of the sewers. The window had to be open due to a bit of stuffy smell in the room.

The location was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Lovely old buildings overlooking the Casino & Lake Geneva. Needs some improvements, but it has atmosphere! 204 bus next to Hotel, easy walking access to waters edge, restaurants & shops. Huge room with big bed and balcony. I'd stay again, great value for money.

Tiny pillows and tiny bathroom.

The location was excellent for Montreax, close to the lake, shops, and not too far from the train station. Very pleasant staff at check in who let us store our backpacks for the day after check out. Great view from our balcony of the lake.

Felt like an old hotel a little bit

Location was perfect, close to the lake and the station. We needed some hot water and they gave us. Room was huge with walk-in closet and a balcony with nice view.

Strong sewage odors in the bathroom especially if the bathroom door left open. No refrigerator. No microwave. No hot water kettle. It’s old and dated.

The location of the hotel was strategic - bus stop right at the front and walking distance to the Casino / Queen The studio experience as well as to the waterfront where Freddie Mercurie's statue was The room had a retro feel and was adequate with the relevant necessities

The room did not have air conditioning and the afternoon sun hits directly to the room making the bedroom feel like a steam room 😅 had to sleep with the windows open for some air flow.

Location was amazing. Staff was so friendly, kind and helpful.

No supply of tea/coffee, however there was a thermos of boiled water we could take to our room if we supplied tea bags.

Great location in middle of town easy walk to & around the lake to explore chateau du chillon. Mini bar fridge in room.

No coffee or tea facilities in the room. It would have been pleasant to have a wake up coffee sitting on the balcony. Reception staff were efficient and polite but a smile and more friendly attitude would have been welcome.

We had no complaints at all. Food was good too and the coffee. Great place.

We had a lovely time here for the Freddie Mercury Birthday party. Montreaux is beautiful.Hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. Our Tommy was a decent size and was well equipped. Thank you.
