Maybe only that there was a common bathroom and it was not specified in the hotel description.

The following aspects have been appreciated: - Good position near Montreux city center and railway station - Kind staff - Good services in the bedroom (television, bed, …)

The room faces the train tracks which is noisy when a train comes past, although with the window closed it's not a problem at all. They do provide ear plugs.

Great location with friendly staff and easy check-in. The room was a good size and comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The breakfast was had a broad selection of tasty food.

i booked the private bathroom but didn’t expect it would be detached, that was my only letdown.

it was a nice cozy location, near the centre but also quiet by the lake.

Room had minimal view. For our room, toilets were shared. Bathing room was also shared, but it did have the huge tub.

Very nice place to stay instead of Geneva. Easy train ride to Montreux from GVA, ~10 minute walk from train station. Room was very comfortable for 2 parents and one adult child. Proprietor and staff very friendly, gave us a fun tip for dinner (the Museum), and helped us get situated when we showed up early (stowed bags and went to see the castle on the water). Some epic hikes above Montreux, easily accessible from the B&B, and often you can take the funicular down--the Montreux-les-Planches station is very close. Epic jetted hot tub in shower room. My family says breakfast was very good (I left very early for a hike to Rocher de Naye, and we were there only one night).

Opportunities for improvement. 1) No-one in the office when I arrived. A notice said if no-one there call phone number x. On doing so, the person I talked to appeared from the hotel entrance, saying I could have rung the office doorbell - which presumably rings in the hotel. Suggest adding wording to try the doorbell to the notice in the office window. 2) There was no mention of the free Montreux Riviera pass when I checked in, and it's not mentioned anywhere in the hotel info in Booking.com - that I could see. It was only the following morning when I asked another member of staff that I discovered the hotel does offer it. This is valuable free benefit that should.be better advertised. Another accommodation i stayed at had it printed off and gave it to everyone when they checked in.

Stairs,Sharing Bathroom

Everything was perfect Except you need to be careful as u have to take your luggage by stairs. Secondly, I missed it but u have to share the bathroom with another room. If you are a family then this could be challenging. Other then that I would not say anything which impacted. Great location

The parking arrangement may become a hassle when you stay for longer during the week. It work for our stay.

Breakfast was superb. The property is close to the lake. Facilities are good.

The train station is right by some of the rooms. They provide ear plugs that are nice, but they should let you know that to get a good night sleep you will need the ear plugs.

It was a Buffet breakfast with a good mix of Pastries, Cereal, Hot food and fruit, tea and coffee machine, fresh milk and juice.

Room we got was located just in front of the railroad (and I mean it IN FRONT, like 3 meters away!!) You can hear each train passing despite closed windows. The place provides the earplugs though - so noise level can be tamed a little. The room door is not sound insulated either - so you can hear very very well everything that is happening in the common areas and in the corridor - again solvable with earplugs. A little bit outside the center, but that is not an issue - Montreux is not that big anyways.

Very good breakfast! Location next to the bus stop, and just few meters from the promenade. The kitchen, bathroom and facilities were modern and nicely maintained. Complete set of extras (sewing kit, razor, toothpaste and toothbrush etc.) on arrival - very nice touch!

The only minus is in one of the rooms(not all) you hear the trains sound.

Nice facility. Clean. Big kitchen - if you want to cook something. Has washing machines - if you want to wash. Very good and responsive host. Good breakfast. Oh..and they do have a pool table :-) for adults and Pac-Man for kids to play. Excellent location. Very good value for money.

The pictures seem to suggest that the kitchen and the bathrooms are dedicated but they are not. Bathrooms and kitchen are shared.

The property is very well located and the host was very friendly. The rooms were good and the amenities are also ok.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He helped us with luggage ( we had a lot) . Excellent location and beautiful promenade walk
