Some of the mattresses were too soft and gave us back pain. The kitchen appliances were not clean/new. The room was cold due to lack of heating. There were threshold steps between the rooms (which was inconvenient). The walls were thin and we could hear neighbours talk. The host was not reachable except for check in and check out.

Attention is terrible, took me 5 messages over 3 days to get the code to open the apartment. Didn't get the free transport tickets for tourists which are mandatory to hand out by all accommodations in the city. Beds are uncomfortable, there is not enough storage space for luggage nor kitchenware.

Unfortunately during our visit water was leaking from ceiling and we had to keep clearing it the whole night. Power supply also tripped due to this water leakage and short circuit.

1. Bed Room for sleeping was tiny (probably 6x8ft) and hardly a bed just fit inside 2. Bed was also very small not at all enough for sleeping two people and mattress was very uncomfortable. 3. Bathroom was so small one can’t even seat at toilet properly 4. overall rooms were not properly clean and quality of things are not good 5. Land owner or manager was not easily reachable and we requested for a taxi to station which wasnever responded and we had go by walk with big luggages.

The apartment was in the perfect location, near Interlaken West train station also nice coffee shops around the Apartment. I was happy with what I have paid for this Apartment.

Checkin instructions came late. After checking in we noted that stove top not working. No instructions manual available. I messaged Golden River team via Whatsapp 6.43pm on 6th and continuously on 7th September that Stove top need to ve fixed. No response at all. Phone calls not getting answered. There are no oven proof dishes to use in oven so we had to eat out all 4 days of our stay there. Place lacks ventilation specially rhe bathroom. If windows are opened it is directly to street hence no security. There are water leak marks in the living room ceiling. Kitchen door opens in to next building and not Sade so had to keep closed. This property shouldn't be allowed for rentals.

The place is falling apart, from mold in the bathroom, to wetness in the ceiling, the kitchen isn't stocked with anything, when arriving in Interlaken and staying over one night the law here states that you are supposed to receive a guest card granting you free access to many sites and public transport, but the owner doesn't respond to my many calls and messages. There aren't two bedrooms rather a single bedroom and a bunkbed in the living room/kitchen, Everything is either covered in mold/mildew or dust. There are a ton of bugs, half the windows are screwed shut, there is no air conditioning or washing machine.

We stayed for 3 nights and there was no hot water. I tried to call property manager several times, but no response.

Nothing, the propert manager is very rude and not responsive at all.

Health hazard due to mould in bathroom and on furniture, developed bad headaches due to this. No ventilation and place had a foul smell and we felt nauseating and vomitting, could not sleep at all. We preferred staying out whole day. Bedsheets and pillows were old and worn off. Beds were noisy and I could feel the springs. No electricity on 1st day and no hot water night before checkout till morning. Host did not respond to calls, watsapp messages or email. Not at all recommended. Would never stay at this place again.

Rooms smelled bad and muggy as soon as you enter apartment. Heater didn’t work. Bathrooms have mold and muggy. No ledge between bathroom and toilet/sink making water spill all over with wet floors. No rug to dry feet making outside flooring all wet and slippery. Shower curtain also carries some mold. Recommend bathroom needs attention! No response of messages.
