Walls between rooms are quite thin, so you can hear people next door. I would recommend to increase the number of lights outside the side entrance, to make it easy to walk in overnight.

This hotel is a little gem. The staff is very kind, friendly and welcoming. They let us check in earlier than check in time and parking was free. The room was spacious enough, we had a nice little patio outside with table and chairs and a washing line. Inside the room there was a sink and the toilet, all spotless clean + a cute little table and chairs when we had our breakfast. Pillows and douvets have a feathers'infill, which makes them extremely comfy. The shared shower room is very clean and well organised.

The walls of the building are a bit thin. Luckily, Brigerbad is a very quiet place, so it doesn't get noisy. If you rely on public transport, like me, keep in mind that Swiss buses can be quite expensive. (Though that's no fault of the hotel, of course!)

The hotel is run by very kind people, who are always willing to answer questions or recommend places to visit. Breakfast was lovely, and I had a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony of my room. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel with twice-hourly connections to Brig or to Visp/Saas-Fee. I didn't use the offer myself, but if you like swimming or having a spa day, you can get a discount for the Brigerbad thermal baths via the hotel.

Simple hotel very well located on eurovelo 17. Super clean- super friendly team. A garage to store the bike : thanks for the Kind attention. A small terrasse where I could dry my clothes after cleaning after long bike day- well appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the shared bathroom was clean and close to the room. The outside play kitchen was highly entertaining for my young daughter. At breakfast lovely local cheese and bread was served and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, but close to the main road.

The staff has really impressed me. They contacted me proactively. When I was too late they caslled me. And finally they have been a very good guide reagrding wheather, shopping, eating etc. The breakfast was convincing. No wishes kept open.

Due to location, relying on 2 buses (511, 621) for quick connections to Brig/ Visp (no train station).

Very confortable (although a bit old stylish), clean location, hotel close to Thermalbad, very quiet area, access to garden from the room, nice service and very kind people!

Zero, nada, zilch.

The room had everything you need. I liked the balcony. I could get things air dried and sleeping with the balcony door open in fresh air is very comfortable. Good bathroom and shower. The garage is absolutely perfect the more so when traveling by motorcycle. Breakfast was good and filling. The host is an adorable, nice, helpful. A great people's person, it is imposible not to love her.

I booked a room without a shower. The convenience of an in-room shower was definitely missed. I'll be sure to book a room with a shower for my next stay.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering excellent value for money. The staff were attentive, dedicated, and very friendly. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were comfortable and clean as well. The breakfast was delicious, generous and of excellent quality.

The location is not near a train stop. Although a bus comes by often, it does start after 8 so ensure your travel works with it.

Lack of ventilation, no fan and other guests smoking almost right outside our door.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was good and bus connections were easy. However, the room was very hot and the only ventilation was the small balcony door with smokers on the next door baclony a couple of meters away. We either had to breathe in smoke or sleep in a sauna. We barely slept at all and the owners were not able to adjust anything after the first night to make our second night better.

All was wonderful at this property, nothing to dislike.

The staff were gracious and welcoming, the location was quiet and yet very close to everything. We traveled by car and parking was ample and easy. We loved the rooms, clean, comfortable and pleasant with a balcony and a mountain view. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. For us this was the perfect place to stay. The stars were amazing at night. Easy driving distance to Visp for restaurants, groceries, and in our case a camera repair shop.
