An amazing find. A great hotel in a wonderful location with friendly, helpful staff, a restaurant for evening meal and breakfast overlooking the lake, with excellent food.A room with a view and comfortable bed and pillows. A warm outside jacuzzi and swimming pool with lovely views and the bonus of a sauna and steam room - marvelous.

For some reason, there were a lot of flies around and it was annoying to have dinner and breakfast!

The staff. Extremely helpful and attentive. The Reception office, in particular, is very welcoming and go beyond their way to make your stay really great. The location and views are also stunning. Having the spa right there, in front of the lake and mountains, is incredible. Totally recommend. Very relaxing and well connected to the Rigi mountain train and circuits

very quiet at night, view onto the lake and low mountains, relaxing mixture between country lodge and retreat house, charming old style wooden inside, pool and large lawn area with chairs. Very large dining areas overlooking lake and Vitznau. Great food and very kind staff. Large breakfast buffet.

Room (206) was dated and didn't have a proper bathroom - very small toilet/shower and sink was in the actual room Insulation not great as we heard doors being shut from our room Breakfast buffet didn't have alot of food options Dinner meal was ok but not worth the high prices Drinks and overall hotel cost were very high

Only thing was our room only had a bath tub with no place to hang the shower handset, we had to carry the shower handset every time we wanted to shower.

The view was out of this world. Breakfast was great! And the staff were very friendly and always smiling.

Unfortunately, our bathroom was quite small and the shower was only separated by a curtain. Anyway, it was clean and good for one night.

Our stay was really pleasant. The location is breathtaking. The swimming pool and the wellness centre were our favorite parts, perfect to relax and enjoy the nature around. Breakfast was good and with plenty of choice.

The hotel requires some renovation. I would have appreciated a breakfast with a selection of local jams, honeys, breads, cheeses.

Position lake-view, extremely nice and helpful personnel, the outside pool and the wellness area are absolutely enjoyable.

We stopped en route from Frankfurt to Cinque Terre. Could not have made a better choice for a fantastic property, rest and relaxation and of course, Switzerland eye candy

The best hotel ever! Stunning view from my room, excellent facilities, beautiful breakfast, swimming pool, spa and sauna. The reception is super helpful and welcoming. Naiara the front lady is the nicest person, she went above and beyond to accommendate us, as such we extended our stay by another night. I would give 11 stars if I could!
