Everything went well. The staff from all areas where extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the free shuttle bus to town was great. Food (Dinner/Breakfast) was very nice. But overall it's definitely the stuff that made our stay outstanding.

Some of the interior was dated but that also gave it charm. The shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor so water could get on the floor sometimes.

It’s a beautiful picturesque hotel in a stunning, quiet location on the lake surrounded by hiking trails. The restaurant on site is fabulous and the breakfast was nourishing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we asked for. We had a dog and everyone was friendly and she was very welcome.

The wellness area could be a bit cleaner with hangers for clothes and light blankets in the resting area. A bit of a redesign would improve the overall experience there substantially.

Sits with a gorgeous view over Lake of Lucerne. Quite stunning in any season. The entire location is well maintained, and brekki is great! Special shout-out to the super friendly staff, their relaxed behaviour brought us particular joy ☺️ The food was delicious and served almost immediately after ordering.

Spa facility: Steam room at wellness, didn’t have good airflow to maintaining fresh steam. It wasn’t a well insulated room.

We were travelling through Switzerland and booked hotel just coming of motorway it said it was 3km away when in fact it was 46km as you had travel around the lake - quite annoying .

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds. Excellent view over the lake . We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and breakfast had lots of choice.

Very grand looking hotel. Our room was in the attic but very cute. The view was exceptional overlooking the lake with bonus use of swimming pool and spa included in price. Restaurant on premises but we chose to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was very good. Away from the town which we like.

There wasn’t much choice of restaurants to eat at in the area. But not the hotels fault whatsoever just the location. Best to visit the area in a car.

The rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast served was very good and the staff were very helpful. We travelled with a dog and on arrival they had placed two dog bowls and a dog blanket. The extra touch was very sweet! The sunset views from the hotel are incredible. You can even see the sunset from the hot tub and pool outside! Would definitely recommend

First of all I would like to thank Janka for all the extra effort she pulled for us because of our late check in, She was very kind and helpful and prepared everything for us. We loved our room, it was clean and the bed extra comfortable, the view breathtaking, the breakfast delicious.

We were blown away by Flora Alpina! The view of the lake from our room was stunning especially being able to watch sunset from it. The pool, hot tub, and spa area was amazing and extremely relaxing. It was all open from 9am-9pm which was great and allowed us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the services after a long hike. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, answering all questions and giving recommendations for the surrounding area. This is a great location so stay at for hiking Stoos and Rigi as both were easy to get to by bus.

It is not very cheap but for swiss prices the value was quite good.

Small bathroom with awkward layout, tiny shower with a curtain right next to toilet and the sink was in the bedroom.

Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after.

That you have to walk 15 minutes to get to Lake Lucerne and swim from the hotel since I suppose the entranceway is private right in front of the hotel as there are houses located there.

Lovely Swiss hotel with Old World Charm. Loved the bathtub with a beautiful view. Delicious meals as well and enjoyed watching Eurocopa with the Swiss. Pool nice and warm as well. Also enjoyed the sax and guitar music at the birthday celebration.

Evening meal was very expensive for what we received with our group booking. Don't expect to have to order extra bowls of food to fill us up when we were asked to order off a set menu. Portion sizes were tiny, but our complaints fell on deaf ears!

An amazing find. A great hotel in a wonderful location with friendly, helpful staff, a restaurant for evening meal and breakfast overlooking the lake, with excellent food.A room with a view and comfortable bed and pillows. A warm outside jacuzzi and swimming pool with lovely views and the bonus of a sauna and steam room - marvelous.
