The bar downstairs could be a little noisy but only in the early part of the evening. A microwave would be useful.

The apartment is extremely well equipped and quite spacious. Bed was comfortable with nice linen. The washer/dryer worked well once I understood how to use it. We had a very comfortable stay.

Things like Netflix not working, empty salt and pepper shakers on shelf, some linen on bed needs replacing. Basically, lack of attention to details given the price charged.

The bedroom at the back had no noise, but sleeping on the bedsofa and the bedroom in the front there were a lot of noise through the night. Luckily there were air plugs available, but it still made the night rather unsettled and not very restful. If you are planning to do cooking in the kitchen, you would probably find a few items missing... but OK for breakfast.

The apartment is located in the city center/old town of Chur, close to all facilities. It seems to be fairly recently done up, so all nicely done inside. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Located on the second floor, there is a lift. Nespresso coffee machine and a dish washer in the kitchen.

The apartment is ultra modern, crystal clean, in the heart of the city, literally 7 minutes walk from Chur Bahnhof. And the best part is the apartment looks exactly like the pictures placed on bookings.com. Also the place is bustling with cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

Because there is no air conditioning we had to open some windows and the bar downstairs is a very active place with loud singing and talking until quite late. Supplies could have been much better - there were no paper towels and there was not enough toilet tissue (luckily someone in our group had thought to bring some) and very little shower gel. We had to water down the shower gel so we would have enough for our two-night stay. I guess we could have asked for more but we just wanted to get out and explore and we feltI they should have anticipated our needs a little better.

The apartment was nicely furnished and the layout was very comfortable for the three adults in our party. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The walk-in shower was large and very modern. Location was very convenient and close to restaurants and a nice little grocery store.

We loved this property and would highly recommend. We are seasoned travellers and travel constantly for work always looking for new boltholes. We would absolutely return here but could be better if a microwave was provided; more towel hanging space in bathroom, two bedside lamps in bedroom, better wardrobe in bedroom as shelves aren’t very good and not enough storage and a lamp in lounge for better lighting.

Fantastic location, around a 7-8 min flat (gentle slope at start) walk from Chur station in old town. You are right in the middle of cafes, takeaways (Mexican, Asian and more) and we would recommend Wok & Momo for great Noodles! Look for red street signs around the apartment, they direct you to the oldest parts like the castle and St Martin’s Church. The apartment is reached via a tiny but useful lift on the second floor and is light, airy and beautifully presented. It is a very clever use of space in the lounge/kitchen/diner. My husband and I were working/holidaying so needed a dedicated work station and this was perfect with very quick WiFi and absolutely fine to support online meetings etc. the views from the three windows are of the city and the mountains over the rooftops - beautiful. The bathroom was large with a large walk in powerful shower with shower gel provided (no shampoo or conditioner ladies!). Also had a washing machine which might be useful for a longer stay and washing liquid also provided (nice touch!). The bedroom was large with a king size comfy bed and a hanging rail with floating shelves.

Pull out bed for our adult boys was fine, but completely filled the tiny lounge, so difficult to walk around with cases, bags and lounge cushions/seating and ottoman when bed was set up. But was only for one night.

There was no shower gel and shampoo on the first day that we stayed but they provide it after I sent message for this.

The room was spacious, completely separate space for kitchen and bed room and also there was separate space for living room and dining table. The kitchen was fully equiped. Surprisingly there was laundry in the bathroom too but I did'nt use it. The in-charge personel respond to my question very well.

Entrance by popular bar, so smoking crowd at entry doors. No microwave (that we could figure out). Laundry machine could have simple instructions in a few languages. I was initially confused by lockbox, but one of the bar patrons helped me out. Although noisy because of bar, noise stopped right at curfew time (22:00). No live person to interact with. Self check in and out. Small elevator only had room for one with luggage (and we are small without much luggage). Two of us could ride elevator without luggage, but we were cozy.

Able to do laundry. Plenty of room, living, dining and sleeping areas. Everything was clean.

Difficult to locate on cobbled lanes. Unclear where it was permitted to drive a car. Building not marked clearly outside. Instructions could be more detailed. 18 Euro to park 200m away.
