We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaCeiling was very low, just slightly above 2 m. Anyhow, for us it was not a big problem (we are less than 180 cm tall). Although we spent just one night in the hotel we don't think it is a big minus.
Nice hotel. We arrived around 10 PM and we grabbed the last possible place to park our car. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good with nice atmosphere around.

Included breakfast was all you could ever ask for. Good selection, good presentation, excellent quality. The bathroom was a little small, but the hotel and the room are very clean and presentable. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything a tourist can hope to see in 2 days. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

PanamaIt would be great if they would install hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. We visited during very hot summer days, so air conditioning would have been nice. They did have a fan in the room, which helped. Our group stayed in a few rooms, two rooms had comfortable beds, one did not.
Breakfast was generous. We appreciated the various selections, including fresh fruit, juice, coffee, assorted breads, cheeses, eggs and deli meats. The lobby restaurant area is very charming. Best of all were the wonderful staff!
