Window screen should be fixed!

Very clean room. It looks like a new building. The room was half underground so it was cool. There's a fan which was really wonderful as you could not open the window whose screen had a big gap under it. Breakfast was also wonderful with lunch meat and cheese, juice, many kinds of fruit, yogurt. It was only 12 minutes by car to Zurich airport. There are 3 grocery stores nearby, 5 minutes walk. Thank you booking.com and Dihei! It was wonderful.

A small fridge inside the room would have been nice

I only stayed for a night to attend a concert at The Hall and it was the perfect accomodation, located a short busride/10 minute walk away from the venue. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was small but offered a surprisingly large variety of options.

Walking distance from bus stop and train station. School, river, supermarket, etc... nearby the hotel make it easier for travelers without rental car.

If I hadn’t gone to that concert, it would have been very far from the city centre (but it IS close to a train station). A fridge would be good and there definitely is space for it in the room.

It was a walking distance (25 mins) from a concert venue I went to (The Hall). And I knew it would be easier to walk to it at night than staying in the centre of Zurich. The property itself is lovely (newly refurbished, I think) and the breakfast was nice. Loved the Marilyn Monroe pictures!

Oddly, the mattress in my room seemed to tilt to one side, so I woke up several times because I was about to roll out of the bed. I was too tired to get up and see if I could sort it out, and as it was just for one night I wasn't too bothered.

Very easy self check-in. The single rooms were neat, clean and pleasant. Everything in house 21 looked brand spanking new, although I believe the latest renovation was a few years ago. Breakfast was a notch less varied than I'm used to, but everything was good and the lounge-bar where breakfast is served is quite charming. Just a short stroll away there are several restaurants. There's a limited number of parking spots, but we had no problem getting one.

The staff is very friendly and the service has been very satisfying. I arrived early on a Sunday morning (7.30am) after a sleepless night flight due to a changed itinerary. I was allowed to enter my room straight away without additional payment (check-in time is normally 3pm) and was able to catch up on my sleep. This was very much appreciated. My single room was basic but clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

My room (102 I think) was very hot and I had to open the window completely over night to cool it down.

It was easy to find and just booked due to proximity of a venue. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming and I loved the design of the breakfast/restaurant area. Coffee was excellent!
