For people who not friendly with computers checking into a hotel with a machine at the reception can be a bit tricky.

New hotel with good facilities and perfect location. I will recommend it to all who want to stay in Vitznau.

The location and the roof top bar a stunning. The staff always helpful and very forthcoming. The rooms are large and well designed, very nice with all the necessary comfort without being overloaded. And last not to forget: the breafast buffet is nice!

Swiss prices, a little expensive for what you get, but this is a lovely place.

The room itself was on the smaller side- we had the family room with bunk beds that slept 6 and there wasn’t really a proper place to sit inside the room. we did have a couple of chairs on the terrace, but we didn’t want to bring them inside. The beds were very awkward to sit in, and we jumped our heads quite a few times. We were also very hot inside the room, thankfully they had a fan available. We also left our window open for air which helped a lot. But I think that’s the norm in Switzerland- most hotels I stayed at had no AC.

Breakfast was amazing. The variety, and the quality of the food was simply excellent.

We took a family room with 6 beds and to get to the top bed is not at all easy as the steps designed are not the best.

The room was more of an apartment. Bugger than expected. Spotlessly clean. We loved the pop up rooftop restaurant. Excellent bbq ribs . Excellent location gor going up the Rigi

There is not service during the night. If you need something urgently - you should wait the morning. But it is not a big deal.

It is very beautiful area nearby this hotel. Breakfast is tasty and various.

We were hearing the neighbors. This come from the VMC I assume.

The hotel looks new and is well located. Check-in was via machine but quick and without issue. The room was big enough for us and we really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was closed but the breakfast was fantastic!

self check-in via machine. It did not work. Spent 15 mins at the gate to be able to enter the hotel. As a guest I expect somebody to welcome us, not the machines.

location is far from lucerne and other places... but is managable. not always there is reception... and two days theres is no restaurant a week

We loved everything, highly recommend!

It was so peaceful and my girls loved the bunk beds and the structure of the room. I really liked that they were able to accommodate our family of six in one room. We all enjoyed the morning breakfast. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely return for more adventures!

Trying to sort out the automated check out and discount on car parking. Luckily staff were on hand to sort it for me.

Really helpful staff and the kids loved Aleppo g in their pods. Location is great for the rigi mountain train and boat into Lucerne. Breakfast was fantastic.

Parking spots are too tight. Entered the parking lot and exited immediately after paying 3 CHF. No airconditioning. It coincided with what was probably the hottest week of the year. Room daily cleaning by housekeeping can be improved. Breakfast can be improved especially for vegetarians/muslims.

Location Apartment cleanness (upon check-in) and size. The balcony view. The modern design of the hotel. Quite rooms. The staff were helpful.
