We absolutely loved our stay at La Couronne Hotel & Spa. From the moment that we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The hotel arranged our pick up from the train station, which was a wonderful help, had our room ready upon arrival and welcomed us to a beautiful afternoon tea in their breakfast / afternoon tea room. The hotel is centrally located and has wonderful facilities, such as a spa room, sauna, ice room, and gym and we made use of them during our stay. We will be coming back to this hotel and recommending it to our friends and family.

The location is superb. Close to the promenade, views of the Matterhorn and close to both stations. Highly recommend. The facilities and rooms are excellent. We loved the spa!

Everything was perfect 👌. There was nothing to dislike.

As soon as we checked in , we were delighted as the lovely reception staff upgraded our room to a junior suite with one of the best views of the Matterhorn we shall never forget. It was truly incredible!! The breakfast in the morning was well organised & plenty of choices . Well done to La Couronne , c’est fantastique !! We will recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip in Zermatt . 😀

The only thing that would be handy in the summer time is air conditioning. Somethimes it was quite warm especially in the night time making harder to sleep. Otherwise good job!

Hotel was allocated near to the centre, still in quiet place. Stuff was really friedndly and also the rooms were well furnidhed with modern accessories.

Cemetry outside, wasn’t noted anywhere. The basic room was a bit too old and we didn’t notice there were other options

Amazing hotel! Staff were all so friendly. Room was clean and just what we needed. The spa was incredible, especially the outdoor pool overlooking the mountains. Can’t fault it. Location was superb and would come back without hesitation!

Do provide toilet rug and conditioner too if possible! Floor can get slippery after bathing.

Everything was perfect. My stay is delightful except that Matterhorn hid behind the cloud during my 2 days. The sauna and outdoor pool were wonderful as I had it all to myself. Take note, sauna is unisex and textile free (cannot don swimwear) Bed is very comfortable.Towels are fluffy. Ample space for 28" luggage. Ample cupboard space. Bathtub is spacious. Nice touch providing a backpack and one of the few hotels in Switzerland I have come across that provided shampoo.

Wish the pool was open for longer hours!

One of our favorite stays. The staff was excellent and made our honeymoon experience excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast and afternoon coffee with views of the Matterhorn. We also enjoyed our room which was spacious, clean, and quiet. We didn't spend time at the spa but did check it out and it looked excellent. Great proximity to places in Zermatt. Hotel shuttle helped us get to and from the train station with our bags.

The pools were amazing, especially the outdoor pool which had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. The Matterhorn view rooms were spacious and also had a fantastic view of the mountain. The spa was incredible.

Absolutely gorgeous! Best view of Matterhorn in town with no opposite building blocking the view. Room is modern and big. Breakfast is stunning! Not the mention the outdoor pool! Best stay in swiss so far.
