Comfortable hotel in the center of Chur. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Upon request, the staff provided breakfast as our departure was very early in the morning (a lot of food!). The train and bus stops are nearby. Therefore, you can travel without problems.

Hotel is outdated but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Hotel was an easy 10 min walk from the train station. The room had enough space for four people. I personally loved that the pillows were more firm than other hotels.

Always like to have kettle in room even if needing to buy own tea and coffee. Some white grouting needs attention around Bath but small things in an otherwise pleasurable stay. Swiss accommodation is high priced in the holiday season

A lovely night's stay in a central Old Town location. Very helpful manager , comfortable beds, view over town and a glimpse of snow capped mountains and lit Christmas tree. Booked private bathroom twin room

Stayed for 1 night. Very clean room with comfortable bed. Within 8-10 minutes walk from main Chur train station. Courteous staff. Great breakfast. The young lady managing the breakfast was very courteous and helpful with guests answering all questions. Great customer service indeed! FYI… Some reviewers wrote that the rooms have only thin white curtains allowing light in the room. The windows actually do have room darkening shutters that can be completely closed using the metal rod mechanism installed on the side / end of each window. Overall an A+ stay.

Room small and no place to hang used towels. Nowhere to get a hot drink or hot water or snack and given Swiss opening hours this was a problem.

Our room has two connected bedrooms and it's at the end of hallway. The inner room doesn't smell fresh.

Some staff who were on reception were very helpful and friendly but others were rude, abrupt and made you feel like your question was not worth their time to answer. You had to look at who was on reception first to then decide if you would bother asking for assistance or not.

Location was great. Close to transport and other major sightseeing attractions. Breakfast was amazing all the staff on breakfast were friendly and the food was always topped up. The beds were comfortable and daily housekeeping kept the room tidy and clean.

A little bit hard to locate if you are tourist and driving a car to park near the hotel to drop the luggage especially if there are ongoing markets / stalls as some shared streets maybe blocked.
