Only 1 towel in 2 person room. Must be hotel policy as friends room the same. Annoying when arrived late and delivery slow. Hotel some distance from rail station and centre of Chur.

New building,large bedroom and great shower .Very nice restaurant in the building for breakfast and dinner run as a separate business.

at first it seemed a long way from the main area but once you got to know the area and having free access on buses it was good. No restaurant other than for breakfast

This hotel had a good size room with nice bathroom & shower. You could also get free public transport from hotel to train station while staying there which helped.

1. Our grandchild left her stuffed dog toy in the bed and we did not have time to get it. I made the reception and management aware of the problem and was called the next morning after check-out and informed that the toy had been located by examining all bedding to be washed., and that it would be mailed back to us. That is GREAT SERVICE! 2. The restaurant is very conveniently located in the hotel and we were happy with the meals and service. 3. The bus to the rail station is right outside the entrance and free if using the "Graubünden Guest Card"

The location is not very central.

The personal at the reception was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had the room with a nice view at the mountain.

Location felt a bit out of town (maybe because we arrived Sunday morning and stayed until Monday). On the Sunday we came across the cable car up and ended in an amazing ski resort. Was a hidden gem in the end.

Easy to find location, walking distance to convenience store and fast food. Literally right across from the Giger Bar. Beautiful view of the mountains from the room!

After shopping mall closed on weekend and holiday, need to walk a distance or go to town centre for food and grocery.

Attached shopping mall has big supermarket and restaurants. Tall hotel building is good for enjoying view of snow capped mountains. Clean and comfortable room and staffs are friendly and helpful.

-Staff accommodated our late check-in request and provided clear instructions on how to access the building and our hotel room after hours. -Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. -Provides easy access and convenience to travellers taking the Bernina Express in Chur.

This is a minor criticism because it was my bad for not understanding the hotel's location, which was clearly described. We were disappointed that we were a distance from the town center and train station with all the shops and restaurants. It's a great location if you have a car instead of relying on taxis as we had to do. Taxis ranged from 10 chf (when the hotel arranged it) to 22 chf (when 2 tired travelers would agree to anything) , so discuss costs with the driver beforehand.

All the staff were great. Gianni, in particular, was wonderful: warm, engaging, courteous, professional, and very, very helpful. He is a treasure. Mercure should give him a raise! The room and facilities were lovely, clean, and comfortable. Comfy bedding, plentiful big towels, and nice soaps in the world's best shower. Great views of the mountains from the big windows. Breakfast was lavish and tasty. It was a good stop for us on a 5-week trip around Europe.

It is a little confusing about the parking. Whether you have to collect a ticket or not when you enter the car park or whether you use your key The bathroom was not particularly clean ob the shelf by the windows. There were water stains.

It was a little too far out of the centre for us and we definitely needed a cab to get to the train station. We did think that the little duck in the bathroom was a free gift, as some previous hotels we'd stayed in often left chocolates, 'chilly' bottles, etc. It was a good job I asked on check out!

We had a beautiful corner room at the Mercure with stunning views of the mountains. The room was well stocked, clean and the beds were really comfy. The staff on reception were really helpful and sorted out a couple of issues we had quickly and efficiently.
