no wifi in the room (which for me was a disaster) - the signal was too weak; no windows in the room, just a glass wall that separates the room from the corridor; bed very uncomfortable; location unattractive (although well connected with the centre)

Not sure if it was the last room, however the air conditioning was awful. Made noise and had trouble sleeping. Also there was a bad scent in the room. Room was stuffy when we turned the air con off. Bit of noise from the restaurant.

Location to train station about 10 minutes and walking distance to city, about 20 minutes.

No hot water. I traveled with a group that included some senior citizens. Having to leave the apartment early in the morning and coming back late at night we found ourselves really disappointed that we couldn't have a hot shower since there was no hot water. The problem was later fixed but still caused us a bit of discomfort specially for those who were elderly and couldn't have cold showers Wifi was also quite weak

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and quite pleasant to be in. The staff was also very friendly although laking a bit in English knowledge

There was no elevator, if you got a heavy luggage you need to carry it using the spiral staircase. The weather was hot when we were there, and the air conditioning using was not working well. We told the desk staff and nothing was done till we left.

I decided to have lunch at the restaurant and the food was amazing. I was then offered a complimentary dessert -which was a really lovely gesture. I highly recommend the spacious rooms and the food. The staff were polite and accommodating, even in their busiest lunch hours.

1- There were a lot of small flying insects and ants in the room as well as in the bathroom. The staff tried many times to get ride of them. But they still there. 2- In the first night they gave us much smaller room different form what I had booked. When I explained that to the manager next day, he corrected that mistake. 3- For 3 nights there were no staff in the hotel after the breakfast (weekend and official holiday)

The best room I’ve been lately. big, spacious, with everything you need. super clean. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a fantastic restaurant within the hotel. Location is good. close to the tram, also around 30 mins walk to main tourist places.

Rooms in the ground floor do not have any outside windows. It feeks like a box completely exposed into a corridor. Facilities are ok, but design could be improved. Staff was friendly; however, because the property also serves as a restaurant, staff is more concentrated in serving the restaurant more than the hotel.

Service is not good at all. We arrived during lunch time and just wanted information, which they didn’t give because the restaurant was busy. The food is good but not excellent.

No airconditioning in my room (was included in offer) - was very hot inside - you sweet like pig !!. Instead or 2 seperate beds (was included in offer) I got 1 bed I had to sleep with my mother : O On small tarrace smells terribly - probably old garbage behind wall (I almost vomited and I assure you I am hard) - can not keep window open (but there is heat in room...). 2 meters away from small tarrace there is grill open untill 11 pm - so it smells fire/grill/smoke/heat .... Below you can see actual photos from tarrace and bathroom (there is a mid-busy street 2 meters away). Very expensive for nothing - Price should be reduced by 80% !!
