We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe check-in receptionist on arrival was rather unwelcoming. The bathroom lacked storage space and the lighting was poor. A fridge in the room would have been convenient along with a kettle to make tea.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient. The food was enjoyable and the service was friendly. The breakfast provided was also satisfactory. The location was convenient and close to surrounding towns and attractions.

United StatesThe parking is indeed an issue (as many other reviews pointed out), but they make an effort to offset that. Location is ok, but not the most convenient. You do need a car. 10min drive from St Moritz and not a super easy walk to the lift at Sils, but manageable
Room ia very comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff. They understand their parking limitations and they were very helpful to make it the least annoying as possible. Good valuable package for lift pass. And staff at the reception were super helpful to us

Very good breakfast as well as dinner in the restaurant a'la carte. Very calm neighborhood. Reception openly told us that we can park in front of hotel for 12.- or go to underground parking (100m) which is in November for free.

The room was very nice, the decoration of the hotel very pleasant, the breakfast incredible and perfectly suited for people with gluten intolerance. We liked the overall ambiance. The top floor of the hotel is amazing if you want to chill, have a drink and take advantage of the view.

SwitzerlandAlthough the food was fine overall, it could have had a little more flavour: the olives on the pizza and the truffles on the pasta were both surprisingly bland.
Restaurant staff was SUPER friendly, caring, and kind. The bed was extremely comfy, and everything was REALLY clean. At night, there are ZERO noises, and the hotel is perfectly located for MARVELOUS walks in both directions of the Engadin valley. The spa area is cozy and accessible without prior reservation.
