Older style hotel is fine but bathroom is dated now and the shower and bath could even be a hazard for less mobile guests. Awkward to get in and out of. One pillow, very soft but unable to sit up in bed without support. A kettle would help given no room service after reception closed.

Though a short distance from St Moritz station, the hotel is located at a higher elevation, and walking up slope with luggage can be tiring. We later found out on the way back to the station, that we could take the escalater at the design gallery towards the st moritz dorf to get access to the hotel by foot. It would be very good to have a kettle to boil water especially with the cold weather.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The view from the room facing the mountain and lake was absolutely stunning.

The view of the lake and the mountains is just breathtaking. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were so kind to give us 2 extra beds for the kids. There are several restaurants at a walking distance from the hotel. It's quiet and relaxing at night.

There was no resident staff. I was given a front door key so felt more like a rented room rather than a hotel stay. Breakfast was prepared in the morning but no service during the day.

The hotel is located nicely and well kept overall. They took care of our late arrival, also kind to arrange for the taxi to drop us back to the train station when we checked out. Breakfast spread could have been better and needed few more options to include in the spread.

The location was great but not easy to go by walk when you have luggage’s. Either hotel should arrange for the pickup and drop or should update with clear instructions about the uphill location which is not easy to walk up when you have few luggage’s with you and when it rains.

A haul from the railway station but if you go into the station carpark, you can see the carpark tunnel from the station outside cafe, and go to the very top of the escalator, cross the road and go left for 50m and there is a lift, go to the top floor and come out and follow the slope up, you are about 100m from the hotel.

The staff were very good and even ordered a meal for us.

a bit far from train station and instructions how to go to hotel is not clear, if follow the google direction, will spend more time and effort than taking short cut.

The staff was extremely friendly. We arrived early and was able to store our luggages with them. The room is also fully furnished and cozy, the best part is the room has superb view of the mountain. Definitely will be back again!

A bit long in the tooth.

Nice size room - CNN worked - Great view of the lake - close to a small Italian restaurant & shopping - 2 easy chairs and table - nice bath.

The bathroom tub/shower had a wall that was a bit difficult to get in and out of. The toilet paper holder was a bit far from the toilet.

We stayed one for one night only after we arrived from the Glacier Express. We used a taxi to get to the hotel as it is up in a hill. We had breakfast at the hotel. It had a variety of cheeses, meats, brads and jams. All sourced from nearby sellers. Everything was good. The front desk called us a cab at check out to help us as we didn't have cell service.

the room assigned was nothing like in any of the photographs. I was expecting room with a Mountain View but was given a room looking out to sone construction site, I was disappointed

It was clean, toilet all equipped with hand wash, body wash, room had black out curtains, bed was a little soft but it’s ok for just one night stay
