There might be few small details that could be improved but in the overall is a great hotel.

It is a family hotel and it is managed with a lot of love and care. The hotel stuff do their best to make their guests feel happy & satisfied. They are helpful & friendly. The breakfast is varied and with quality local food. The hotel is situated at the Center of Samnaun village. The Wellness & Spa is wonderful to relax after skiing or an outside activity.

Bit noisy from the next room, but highly depends on other guests behaviour. Parking space is on the short side for the amount of guests.

The perfect place for a relaxing week on the Alps. The apartments are well equipped and spacious, breakfast is abundant and very tasty, and Denise is a very kind host. After tons of hiking/biking activities, having the possibility to rest in the swimming pool and sauna is precious.

Unfortunately the cable cars only opened a week later, even though it was a long bank holiday weekend.

It was the first day of opening for the summer season. Very friendly and helpful welcome and service. Standard room had all you need with a lovely view on the fields and the mountains. Inside pool and Spa area very clean, comfortable and cosy. Very good breakfast buffet. Big car park in front of the hotel. A few minutes walk from the centre of the village. Very quiet.

The property îs very good located for winter sporters that like to enjoy the wonderful ski accommodations. The hotel has all you need including a very well equipped spa area. The owner was very nice and helpful, the village is also very quaint, cosy and offers nice food possibilities

Cute hotel. Receptionist was very helpful with restaurants. Room was big and clean. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the country ski slopes and mountains. Would stay there again

The kitchen in our suite was limited, but okay. Pans and pots a bit too big for a narrow 2-burner hob. We didn't cook a lot and are pritty creative in using what there is, so we had no problem making a easy meal. There are 2 small and limited supermarkets in the village (Nevada and Hermelindis). For a bit more choice go to nearby Sennerei in Samnau Laret (5 car minutes away).

Accomodation: Excellent ! We (2 adults + one 16-years old) had a Superios Suite, room 306 and stayed 5 nights. The view is amazing. The suite and a whole hotel is very clean, housekeeping changing towels and making beds every day (no changing bedding, but we are fine with that), comfortable beds. The swimming pool is very good and the sunny terrace is great after a swim. Very quiet location, actually the best location in de whole village. The breakfast is very good, there is enough for everyone and is diverse . The staff is very friendly. Enough parking in front of a hotel. Surroundings: Great for hiking and mountain bike lovers. Good hiking boots are a must. There are some wonderful hikes and mountain bike routes. Go to the mountain peaks aroud the village (cable car or chair lift) and start the hikes or bikeroutes from there. Other information: Tax free shopping... expect not much. You need a couple of hours to visit all the shops. Booze and gasoline is cheap(er). I assume that cigarette are cheaper too (I do not smoke). Plenty of shops selling parfumes and brand watches for less than the normaly cost back home. A few shops sellig clothes (most hiking) and that's it. As a visitor you get a 'visitor card' (gästekarte). With the card you get discounts in shops and most important you can use all the cable cars and chair lifts in the area for free. You can go all the way to Ischgl - Austria ;-) On the way make a zip line fly to Ischgl .. .is a great fun !
