They can improve their breakfast options. We booked a junior suite for 4 adults. The room is spacious but there’s only one queen bed and a sofa bed. The queen bed is comfortable but the sofa bed is not. The room can accommodate another regular bed so i don’t understand why they didn’t just put another bed especially for the price we pay.

Wengen is perfect, leaving it is hard!

The views are gorgeous. Our room was on the fourth floor and was very spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect. The restaurant is very good as well.

Maya Caprice was a perfect hotel choice for our family of 3 in Wengen. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. It was also nice being so close to the train. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and we enjoyed all of our meals in the restaurant.

I loved everything about my stay! I don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel. It was everything I’ve dreamt of.

Hotel Maya Caprice was one of the highlights of our stay in Wengen. We had a beautiful room with a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and attentive! Definitely recommend staying at Maya Caprice if travelling in Switzerland.

Showers sometimes got water all over the floor, and was a bit more rustic in design that expected.

The most beautiful location and just next to the station but not right in the center so that it’s still peaceful and quiet at night. Rooms were comfortable with a gorgeous view. Sauna and hot tub was amazing as well as a nice foot spa to rejuvenate the feet after long days of walking/hiking.

A little bit more attention to the furniture would be nice.

The location is superb; have a meal of a drink on the terrace, or sit in the hot tub downstairs and just look at those mountains. The rooms are clean and spacious, simple but elegant. The village is just lovely, as is the train ride.

The regular rooms are nicer than the Junior Suite - they have more natural light and bigger windows, and the extra room with the desk in the Junior suite doesn’t get used much. The gym could have been better equipped. But this property is not about the gym and the facilities - it’s about the location and the food !

Amazing views, amazing food (great service at the restaurant). They made it very comfortable with us switching rooms in the middle of the stay.

Excellent Location: Just a 1-2 minute walk from the main train station in Wengen. Amazing Views: The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Convenient Amenities: A nearby Coop supermarket adds convenience. Comfortable and Spacious Rooms: The rooms are nice, comfy, and spacious.
