The location was right by the train station. The staff was very accommodating and kept our bags a few extra hours while we hiked nearby trails. Breakfast was fantastic and our room was perfect with the best view of the valley below! Loved it all!

The location of the room . Bedroom window located close to railroad tracks. Noise from train and people walking around till late at night … train starts running very early in the morning. Special caution , be very careful when you make a reservation in booking to not pick the standard room . You will regret it if you want to have a good and restful sleep at this Hotel supposedly a “Boutique Hotel” Bed mattress was extremely hard, and you felt the springs. Pillows were just as bad… very hard. Bathroom towels were of low quality, some bath towels had a small holes by the seams.

Walking distance from train. The restaurant was outstanding!!!!! The staff at the restaurant especially Sonya, Dimitri and Rachel were extremely nice . Big thanks to them and especially Sonya.

Only complaint was that the sauna wasn't open in the mornings. Would have been a great way to start the day and I'd just assumed it would be open on the morning. That's the only thing different I'd look for on a return visit. Our pillows were really thin and needed to be replaced, but we asked for extra and got some newer, comfier ones.

Breakfast was wonderful, beds were comfy (once we got the new pillows), and location was very convenient. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Balcony view was worth the extra money, really beautiful and the best part of our days.

Pillows were horrible. Hard and flat. Surprising because everything else was great. But truly uncomfortable.

Breakfast was a nice variety and they made eggs, omelette s if requested. Coffees were great. View incredible. Spa was nice extra. Location is perfect!

We really want the tiger prawn pasta but it is only available at lunch time only. Mostly we are out on tour during lunch. I hope it will also ba available during dinner :)

View is exceptional. Very near to train station. Very nice staff (special mention to Rachel who always welcomes us with a smile during breakfast)

The pillows were a little flat, but otherwise we were extremely comfortable!

Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip-- I wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast was exceptional and a perfect start to the day. Coming back in the evenings and relaxing in the hot tub was so relaxing. The proximity to the Wengen rail station made it so easy to get to and from our adventures. I hope that we can make another visit someday!

The small room was a little too small

Amazing location! Staff were also super friendly and helpful! The small room was a bit dull but other than that an all round hotel! Food at this restaurant is Michelin star level! It was so good we ate there two days in a row! Highly recommend this hotel!

Pillows were a tad flat.

The view was fantastic, room was large and comfortable, bed was great! We loved the location, close to the train station but still very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful, and staff was very helpful with ideas for things to do/hikes to take during our visit.

The only negative would be that the shower was a bit slippery.

The location is phenomenal because of the proximity to the train station, which is how one gets around to visit all the places in the area. The staff were helpful and kind in response to every question or request for assistance. The common areas were comfortable and clean, and the view from the breakfast room/restaurant can’t be beat.
