Everything was perfect!

Excellent location and great service. The hotel is at perfect location to enjoy the beautiful view of the valley. The staff is courteous and are very helpful. They go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kudos to the hotel manager Daniel and his entire team for taking care of their guest and being the best in the business.

The location is unbeatable - just outside the train station! I did not use the sauna, but the hot tub had spectacular views and my hike-y feet really enjoyed it! The staff are super nice and welcoming, and the restaurant has beautiful live music on Fridays. The wine and the views from the terrace are spectacular. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely nothing.

The staff! We felt like we were guests in their home. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful, anticipatory, professional and really very kind people. My family and I were touched by the generosity of their spirit and genuine nature. A very hearty thank you to Sanja, Nikki, Demetri and Lorenzo for making our holiday a once in a lifetime special experience. The location! Couldn’t have been more perfect, next to the train station but we never heard a sound from its departures and arrivals, very close to a grocery store and other fun shops, plus incredible views of the mountainous landscape. The restaurant is 5-star plus! The chef prepared beautiful dishes with attention to texture, color, and best of all, delicious flavor combinations for the most discerning diners. And everyone will love the pizza! Nikki recommends the best drinks and her White Russians are fabulous! Sanja, Nikki and Demetri are gracious hosts who provide excellent service in all that they do! The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable but my favorite feature was the balcony with a view that took our breath away. We were all immediately humbled and a bit teary.

There were a few things in room that needed replacement- broken. I would not rate this hotel a 4 star but 3 star.

We upgraded our room to the suite with the best view- it was gorgeous! Plus, the wait staff are exceptional!

The kids room at the top floor has a ventilation issue and it gets the kitchen smell. We asked a different room for the kids after the first night and they provided it to us without an additional cost.

The breakfast is great, our room was perfect and the awesome view was beautiful. They accommodated a second room for my kids.

For such a lovely room I would have expected the linens and towels to be a bit more luxurious but the view made up for any negatives. The place was really wonderful.

The most impressive part of this place was the view, spectacular. The food and the staff were wonderful. It was an easy walk from the train to the hotel and easy access to town from there. We saw a lot of travelers having to walk quite a ways to get to their rooms and we were really happy ours was so close to town. There is a grocery store close by and of course lots of restaurants and cafe's.

-Would be good if more hot food is offered at breakfast. -Staff at the breakfast should be more proactive. On our first day, we didn’t know we could order eggs aside until we left.

-Absolutely the best part of our trip in Switzerland. Had so many great memories there. -The view from our room’s balcony was magnificent (make sure you book a room facing the mountains). -The rate was not cheap (and we visited in the peak season) but was well worth it. -Staff offered early check-in for us. We arrived on a rainy day, carrying 3 luggages so this was very helpful. -Room was spacious and clean. The interiors were modern compared to most other hotels in the area. -Dinner at the hotel was also great. We were lucky to enjoy a live music show at the restaurant.

The only small comment was given the weather was very warm the whirlpool was too hot to stay in and I would have loved to soak in it longer.

The service of all the staff was professional yet friendly. The food and its value for money were both of a higher standard than we were expecting.

The Wifi had a few issues. For example, it would lose connection and then a few minutes later it would go back on again. The other issue was that the Train Station was right next to the hotel so it would be a little bit hard to sleep. Other than those minor issues, this place is great!!!

The View from our room was wonderful. The staff is also wonderful. The Train Station is right next to the hotel so all you have to do is just walk a little bit. There is also a store 2 min walk away from the hotel so it is easy to get water and other things like that. I would definitely stay here again!

Economy room was tiny, and the bathroom had a poor layout. Right next to the train tracks, which is noisy if you face that instead of the valley.

Was not aware hotel was right next to the railway line serving Lauterbrunnen - Kleine Schadegg. Can be noisy at times if you are noise sensitive but fortunately it stops operating around dinner time and restarts around 7.30am. Noise sounds more like jet engine than typical train noises which is worse.

Had the junior suite. Likes includr great view, convenient location, hot tub, comfortable bed and room. Breakfast area also has great view.
