The bus line can be confusing. Had to walk back 30 mins because we missed the last bus at 7:10pm.

A standard hut (as we had booked) looked quite small for 4 adults.

Very friendly and helpful staff - we were given a free upgrade due to vacancies at the campsite :) You can order fresh bread for each morning.

The wifi did not work during our stay and kitchen was closed over night after 10pm and opened only at 7 am which was an issue as we needed the access to kitchen early in the morning .

It was very clean and had all the facilities. I loved the location and the staff were super friendly. The cottage was cute little wooden Igloo with a small refrigerator and a cooling fan.

Bathroom was little far and very dark outside need to have some light on walkway with sensors , should provide Veg kitchen /Utensils option too for vegan family that would be appropriated

Kitchen needs coin for electricity. We do not have coin and unable to use.

I wish the fan was stronger. During the summer it gets very hot in the cabin.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured any questions I had were answered, they also guided me in the right direction for all the things I wanted to do at Interlaken.

Location very good ( view is excellent ) , good shared kitchen facility ( kitchen has all required utensils), even shared accommodation has enough bathroom ( cleanly maintained) , excellent place to stay with family... For the price they charged facility is beyond expectations.. location is walkable to bus station . Free drinking water.

Way too expensive for what you get. No linens, nor soap in the toilet. The wifi was terrible slow. Too early check out hour.

We stayed in a small wooden cabin which was generally new and tidy with own toilet. The common facilities were very clean and well maintained. The stuff was very kind helpful.

For sleeping in the cabin, we found a few pillows and two sleeping bags. Unfortunately, the property does not provide any bedding unless you pay extra. After 6 PM, there was no one to contact, even to pay for the bedding, as the reception is closed after this time. As a result, we had nothing proper to cover ourselves with, and the used sleeping bags were not suitable to sleep under without bedding. The cabin was equipped with heating, but it did not work properly. There were two radiators, one of which did not work at all, and the other, as it turned out in the morning after a complaint, supposedly worked but showed no signs of functioning with any indicator lights. It only started to provide some heat after a long time, as the staff informed us. The internet on the premises was unusable due to its weak signal and poor quality. Additionally, the kitchen area looked terrible, with not many dishes or glasses available. The showers also did not look good. Overall, the staff was not very friendly, arguing about the internet supposedly being available and the heating supposedly working. The kitchen and bathroom were in poor condition. The only positive aspects were the good location and the fairly neat appearance of the exterior.

The campsite is located in a very good spot, close to the lake and other attractions. I rented a Deluxe cabin, which meets the expectations for two to three people, featuring a sink and a toilet inside. The cabin gives the impression of being cozy and well-maintained on the outside.
