The breakfast was decent with enough food and drink choices. There's a good free WiFi connection and the location is 3 Tram stations away from Berns center.

SwitzerlandReally small room: good to sleep, no room for anything else. In general, the hotel has a lot of narrow corners and feels a bit cramped. As in most Swiss cities: hotel-prices are generally very high, so don't expect too much for your money.
Close to where I needed to be and to public transport. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Modern bathroom. They let me store my suitcase before and after check-in. Online check-in is a good option and went smoothly.

We were greeted with friendly smiles and enthusiastic employees. The first woman who greeted us even gave us a map and highlighted some routes for us to walk and where to find transportation. She was so kind! I wish I would have got her name.

Very amicable approach by the staff, public transport bonus, delicious breakfast, possibility of sheltering my bicykle, also a good, large TV. Everything else (shower etc) worked well in a room. A welcome bonus was a bottle of water each day during summer days. I visited hotel Waldhorn many times for quite a number of years and I have been very satisfied each time, that is why I will choose hotel Waldhorn again when travelling to Bern Juraj Fogada, Czech Republic
