We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandReceptionist gave us bad information on dinner & didn't tell us next day was Ruhetag so no one to collect payment. Thankfully the wonderful dinner staff told us and we paid room & dinner bill at same time.
On arrival the receptionist checked us in and said we didn't need to book for dinner. When we came back later, dinner was fully booked BUT lovely staff set us up in breakfast room for wonderful dinner!

CanadaThis a restaurant/hotel so if you need anything, you have to go into the restaurant and intercept a server or bug the bartender. It is OK for a one night stay, but this is at best a 2 star hotel. No services or facilities to speak of. Location is outside Arbor centre on a busy street.

GermanyThe factory in the middle of the view is a bit of a bummer, but not much they can do about that. The decoration of the rooms was slightly dated. Otherwie, it is very good value for the money and location.
The building is quite beautiful and the location is very nice. It is apart from the touristy part of the city, but only about a 5-10 minute walk from it. It has a small beergarden that looks out over the water from high up a hill. Granted, there is an industrial building blocking part of the view, but it is still rather nice. Not sure about the food, but the beer was very tasty. The room was very clean and quite serviceable. The bike room was extremely practical and safe.

NetherlandsWe didn't realise that breakfast was served later on a Sunday! We went downstairs at 7.30 and there was no-one around, and all the doors were still locked. Never mind. We'll know next time! No lifts, so carrying a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs is not so nice!
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Brauerei Frohsinn. The location is very convenient if one is thinking of cycling along the Bodensee. It suited us well, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very nice, with a handy walk-in shower. We ate in the hotel restaurant on both evenings and enjoyed our meals very much. The food was really excellent! Shame we didn't have an opportunity to try the beer. Next time! Breakfast was also very good; lots of fruit, yoghurt, choices of cheeses, meats, various different kinds of bread, etc. Friendly staff. The hotel has its own parking lot.

It is a nice hotel with restaurant. Great location close to Altstadt Arbon. Nice secure storage room for our ebikes.

Breakfast spread and quality was amazing. Locations ok but a bit of a walk from the station. The rooms are very basic but very clean and functional. I have stayed here a few times before so I knew exactly what to expect. Hotels are expensive in Switzerland and I find this one always the best option. Beautiful old property and eating outside or on the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

United Kingdomnice and quiet as it was out of the centre of Arbon. big comfortable room and they also supplied tea and coffee making facilities outside on the landing. (not many other hotels have done this in Switzerland.) we were able to store our bikes in a secure place. lovely helpful staff and an excellent dinner and breakfast too. just what we needed and wanted after long bike trip.
