Nothing major; the shower head in my floor had a small leak. I told the front desk when I was checking out and they were very nice about it.

Great location; about a 10 minute walk to the main train station and right next to Chur's old town. The dorm rooms are small but comfortable (the hostel was a prison until 2020, I think!) as are the beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the shared bathrooms were well maintained.

The in room bathrooms didn’t have paper towels or something to dry your hands on. It’s so annoying to leave the bathroom with wet hands. The owners seem a bit cheap, they don’t. Offer free towels, they have huge tubs of shampoo, conditioner and soap, that’s also not free, but on the back of the door they make it seem like it is. No free breakfast. Also, the kitchen, the hallways and the common room echo unlike any interior I’ve ever been in before. Also, if you’re on the third floor you have to go through the kitchen to get to the shower, which is very strange and a little awkward.

The location was great. The workers fanatics. The beds extremely comfortable. Probably the best mattress, pillow, comforter combination I’ve ever experienced in a hostel.

Modern, clean, great little place to stay and excellent value. Completely renovated former jail turned into hostel. I had a private room with my own bathroom tho there are group rooms with shared facilities like any hostel. My room twas small with bunk beds but super modern priced at excellent value in a central location. Bring a lock to store your touring bike in a communal garage. Highly recommended.

The facilities were spotless, the staff helpful and the 4 person female dorm comfortable with its own toilet and large shower. I appreciated the allocation of a lower bunk to enable me to deal with some mobility issues and the company of the other women was pleasant.

Very small room, space is limited if you are more than one in the room. Location was not easy to reach using google maps, very tinny streets. For the money you only get a tiny box to sleep and sometime people in the corridors can be loud.

Very centrical location. If you do a late check-in they offer the codes digitally. The room was very clean and the bathroom better than expected. You can also sit in the plaza which was pretty too. A kitchen is available in case you bring your own food.

It was a genuine surprise and a novelty to stay in a real jail cell! Only 4 years ago this facility was still a working jail! The staff were super helpful before we got there, as we had some problems with the booking process.
