Clean room. Good breakfast . The hotel is one minute away from The cable car station . Friendly staff , speacial thanks to Andrea , he was very kind and helpful with hiking trails and directions. The swimming pools were relaxing . Very recommended

No air conditioning but windows opened so we were still comfortable. It was a VERY long walk from the train station up a lot of hills. So definitely take the little taxis that are by the station. The hotel does have a taxis to take you to and from the train station but if you arrive after 6:00pm you will need to pay for a general taxis. Still worth the stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything!! What a fantastic hotel!!!! Absolutely adored it. Very welcoming. Very clean. Excellent amenities. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were outstanding. We had a wonderful patio with views of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary robes and slippers was a very nice touch. Really amazing place to stay!! Location was superb, it was at the end of town and right next to the Matterhorn station.

The hotel is at the base of the Matterhorn, with a fantastic view. It’s next to the Matterhorn Express Gondola station. A great pool & spa area. A fantastic patio area, bar & restaurant.

All good. Anytime again. (Maybe not the greatest breakfast buffet choice, thinking about guests from overseas: bacon, eggs, pancakes,….)

The hotel is right next to the lift installations in the “back” of Zermatt. “Fresh” rooms and facilities in chalet-style. Great pool / jacuzzi / sauna facilities Perfect “Hore” view from the balcony 🏔️

The lack of air conditioning during the summer made it hot at night and a coffee maker and/or mini fridge in the room would have been nice.

From the staff to the decor, all accommodations were exceptional. The amenities were easily accessible and exceeded all expectations. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zermatt. I’ll most definitely be back.

Premium location next to the Matterhorn paradise cable car. Exceptional view of Matterhorn from the room. Unbelievable spa area with two pools, jacuzzi and many more. Even a small gym for those not tired enough after all day hiking. Breakfast is exceptional. Very nice and helpful owners. Very good service in general. Liked everything, considering getting back for ski.

A lovely hotel in town, close to everywhere. The staff were outstanding in answering any question on any subject, including advice on hiking routes. The room was spacious and had a spectacular view of the Metahorn peak. The breakfast was indulgent with a large variety of food. The hotel has two nice pools. Just magic of a place.

Pool had limited hours- no evening access; room was warm and bed covers too hot. Need a sheet. Balcony deck wood is lifting and unsteady.

Restaurant was beautiful and breakfast offerings excellent. Hotel near Matterhorn Glacier tram. Shuttle service from station was excellent.

We would have loved to have coffee facilities in our room, perhaps a Nespresso machine. This was definitely a miss and an opportunity.

The hotel's prime location just a stone's throw away from the Gondola and Ski rental shop is truly exceptional. Enjoyed breathtaking views of the Matterhorn right from the hotel. We enjoyed using the hotel facilities - swimming pools and playing table tennis. Indulged in a delightful breakfast each morning and loved our family room - spacious and comfortable, which added to the overall charm of our stay. The hotel is a short walk from the village centre where we had dinner each evening.

They upgraded my room with a view. It was cloudy on my arrival. The next morning I woke up to a crystal clear sky and a view of the majestic Matterhorn right out the window leading to the balcony. It was beautiful breathtaking.

The interior decoration was so beautiful; Kind staff; excellent view from the balcony of our room (To the Matterhorn); nice pool and spa; and incredibly cozy and lovely bar.
