The hotel is at a bit higher place which makes it one of the best places in town to have the magnificent snow Mountain views. And there are lots of small and cute decorations. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

GORGEOUS views from the hotel room balcony. Some of the best views in town. The room was very spacious, more so than it appeared from the pictures. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and made several recommendations about things to do and how to get there that made our trip much easier.

Need to push luggages uphill, but manageable.

I can only think of one thing: most rooms have a small desk. But nobody writes anymore, iPads, notebooks etc. But no power outlet close to the desk. As this was not the first time, I luckely had an extension cord with me.

It's a nice small family hotel, the staff is very though full. Food was excellent!

Too short a time to stay!

Exceptional location with views of the high Alps. Cute little village with minimal vehicles allowed (access by train only. Close access to spectacular hiking trails. Staff terrific, great food.

Martina was personable and accommodating, offering many helpful suggestions for enjoying all that the area had to offer. Simone was a wonderful server, very professional, and also provided many useful area recommendations.

The staff here was excellent! We got delayed but they were super accommodating for self-check-in (and actually ended up staying late to meet us when we arrived). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast room and social space on the main floor were clean and welcoming. The view of the Alps from the room was a lovely bonus!

There was not much to not like - If I'm being picky, the towels could have been a bit nicer but that's about it...

The hotel is just above the main street and is a 10 minute walk from the station, and 3 minutes uphill from the main street, which makes it a bit more of a quiet area and is a nice place to relax. The views from the balcony (off of the room) of the valley were stunning. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we wouldn't hesitate to stay the next time we are in the area. We only had the breakfast which featured many local products which was super nice to have to get your day started.

Scrambled eggs or some cooked food for breakfast would have been nice. Other than that I have no complaints.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful location with breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. Good sized room, very clean. I'm happy I chose to stay in this small village, it's not nearly as full as Grindelwald for example.
