The rooms were looking to the main street might be noisy for people who have light sleep , personally it did not bother me

The room is a bit small. No kettle or utensils. There is a kettle in the shared area, but it would have been better to have one in the room itself. The key opens both the door to the building and to the room, which was concerning. But we stuck the key in from the inside, which prevents any keys from the outside from being able to unlock the door.

Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Good, working bathroom facilities, which includes a heated rack. TV with English channels. Good WiFi.

Checking in at the main hotel, only because we decided to walk from the train with 2 big suitcases each (our own fault) and had to carry them up the 6 flights of stairs. In hindsight I would have left them at the bottom.

A very pretty traditional styled outside of the property. More of a lodge styled interior. Great location and the staff were fabulous. The other hotel looks incrediabnle

I reserved parking at Bergwelt, but then there was not a space available, while they did find an area for us to park, I think this could have been avoided. Also, check in is up at Bergwelt hotel, and in the icy weather the steps had not been cleared of ice and snow.

Great service. Rooms in Pinte were modern and comfortable. Location in Grindelwald is perfect and central. The rooms were also quite large and well equipped with toiletries.

Cosy room with addtional space with sofa for viewing the moutain. Nice helpful staff, just have to note the stay is beside the road but reception is further up the flight of stairs.

There are stairs! Guest rooms are located on 1st and 2nd floor (resturant on ground floor). We need to carry luggages up by stairs. Although its fine for us. It will be better if we knew we need to carry luggages up and down by stairs. We may consider to bring 2 small luggages rather than a big one.

The hotel with good location. Walkable distance to Grindelwald Train station and First station. The room is clean, spacious and comfy looks like newly renovated. The Toilet also clean and spacious. Appreciate that the property sent us email upon booking comfirmed to remind us to checkin at the sister hotel behind. And pick-up service is available if needed. The instruction is clear.

Staff are very helpful, room size is very big with common areas to hangout, comfy room and facilities, welcome drink and snack is delicious, location is walking distance from station and have bus stop in front of hotel.

The location was very accessible, the partner Bergwelt Hotel was very accommodating, the price per night was just fair for our last-minute booking and it made our stay so comfortable, it had excellent services, rooms so clean, and well equipped with quality furniture, soundproof, and the outside view made it all a relaxing stay. My car was safely parked overnight without worries. Truly 100% recommendable!

The checking at the main hotel above. Person at the front desk was the least friendly of our Swiss tour. And the whole checking in at the nice fancy hotel makes you feel like a second class citizen.

The parking is a rip off compared to anywhere else in the area or anywhere else we had been in Switzerland. 10/10 if they didn’t over charge for parking.

1. The check-in is very confusing. We stay in Pinte hotel but we need to check-in in their new branch on the hill without no clear instruction. We climbed up to the hill with our baggages in order to check-in and stepped down to the Pinte hotel (Thank God we accidently met a big guy who working in the hotel and he supported us by driving us back to Pinte hotel with our baggages). And we found out a lot of people were consufing like us even we met a couple there and they said that they had had the same problem. 2. The fireplace in the room are a little bit high. sometimes we felt hot and stuffy.

Friendly and Very Supportive staff. We were taken to the hotel on the car free of charge by a big man who working at the new property.

Pinte is an annex so parking is in the main underground car park which requires you to unload and carry your luggage down the hill to the hotel and back up at the end of your stay. Pinte does not have a ski locker which means you have to leave your skis in the hallway or walk back up to the main hotel block.

The rooms are great, spacious and comfortable, breakfast is in the main hotel a short walk away but is excellent with a wide choice of items.
