Just the heat. The room seemed well insulated so it heats up in summer and really keeps the heat in. Sadly there was no air con. No fly wire on the windows or door either so couldn't have those open without getting lots of bugs flying in.

A very minor issue but there wasn't enough toilet paper for a family room on arrival but this was quickly rectified. The bed was a little hard but that's just my preference and it wouldn't put me off staying again.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating to any little extras or questions we had. Bedroom was a little smaller than we had expected but we were 4 adults in a family room and we managed. Location was wonderful and within walking distance to the boat port and bus pickup. We had a rental car and this was useful to visit neighbouring Grindelwald and Interlaken as using the ferry boats for all these trips would have been very expensive. Not really many choices of places to go in the evening for a drink or meal if walking but the breakfast in the hotel was excellent and a huge choice - we loved it! I can highly recommend this hotel for value for money, comfort, cleanliness and location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

It's location is not that convenient if you don't have a car. It takes about twenty minutes by bus from the Interlaken Ost train station. They don't have many places to eat after 7pm around here.

Nice cozy hotel with beautiful view and delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast dinning area has a beautiful view of the lake and mountain.

There was not much we didn’t like about the property. If I had to mention something it would be that the room was on the smaller side.

The walls are thin and voices below us traveled up. However, it's really just people enjoying their vacation and no one was too loud past 10:30pm. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby, but you can quickly drive down to Interlaken for options.

This location is AMAZING! We loved that it was out of the way from the main tourist area, and with the most beautiful views from the room. A true hidden gem. Check out the cute little dive bar down the road from the hotel too for a nice afternoon drink break.

Apart from the view, it's a pretty no frills hotel. No concierge, or really anyone on staff to answer questions except the breakfast crew. The breakfast was pretty standard.

The couple who runs the place are very nice and kind. The location is perfect for those who look for a quiet place and an incredible view. The breakfast was very good, and the check-in/out was very comfortable. It's a 4 minutes walk from the bus station of the village, who takes you to Interlaken in 25* minutes of beautiful ride.

The bathroom was not good ventilated and it got a bit smelly. Room a bit outdated and small but not a problem for just sleeping in the room.

The view from the room is great. In addition the breakfast was quite good and the restaurant also offers great lake views. You can also drink the coffee on the terrace in front of the lake.

We brought our dog who was made very wellcome 2 mins walk to bus & boat stations. 1 min walk to restaurant that is also dog friendly Lovely owners Breakfast was great and any special requests welcome. Tea, coffee & water in your room Fridge on landing for all to use. No lift

Rooms could have been slightly bigger, as if you have 2 medium or big bags it might get in the way. There was no elevator, so for heavy packed travellers like us may need to lift the bags to the room while check in and checkout

Iseltwald is a beautiful village and Bellevue has an amazing location right at the lake. It is just a few mins walk from the bus-stop and the ferry station. We took x 2 lake facing rooms with balcony for 2adults and 2kids (Kids loved it as it came with free netflix) The view is amazing and quite, away from all the city hustle bustle, one would look forward to waking up to that view. The breakfast had good spread compared to european standards. Staff and Service was also very good.

This has been the most beautiful place I have ever seen! The scenery is unreal! The surroundings were beyond beautiful! So peaceful! The hotel itself was great too. The room and restroom were ample and clean. A very quiet place. The breakfast was full of options (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, coffee, juices, breads, cheeses left and right, yougurts, fruits). I WILL comeback here. It truly became my favorite place in the world.
