The apartment was HOT. Fans were provided which we set up and with the windows open it was manageable at night.

The location is very convenient, near the restaurants although a little bit of noise on Friday night. The host is so nice to give us a map even with the guidelines, that we can tour the city easily!

Moreover, the apartment provided all the essential facilities in both the kitchen and bathroom, ensuring we had everything we needed. The laundry machine and dryer were located at another building, demanded coins, and locked as soon as its timeout. There was no corkscrew.

There were quite wide beds. The room was very clean and warm. Its original guidebook was interesting and convenient.

The room can be bit noisy as its in the main streets near to the restaurants etc. ( not a big problem, earbuds included as kind gesture from the owner) We stayed with family of 5 and felt the rooms were bit small but as the size was mentioned before the booking , no complains to the owner

The location, the guide provided by the owner and the coffee. The owner let us store the luggage for few hours even after the checkout ,( they had offered before the check in too but we didnt use) and this really was great help for us as we went out to explore the city freely.

Great location, walking distance from the SBB. clever design, clean, highly functional. The hosts are great, we found a personalised book with the major Bern attractions and a walking tour mapped out on a city map for us to take on our tour. Coffee machine with capsules. The shower was excellent and looks a of space for toiletries storage.

In addition to the coffee and tea provided for the guests, I suppose the only thing I might want would be either snacks or even breakfast foods. Especially for travellers from out of the country, they might appreciate not having to worry about those things for the first morning.

I was most impressed with the staff! They were available and super helpful with questions (even last-minute questions!) regarding parking, the Bern Welcome app/transport ticket, etc. I also enjoyed having from clear directions for locating the place, even though it is tucked behind some other businesses. I also appreciated the information book (once inside the apartment) with things to see, walking routes, etc. The location was also fantastic: close to grocery stores, close to the city's sights, close to public transport. The space in the apartment was great. Easy to stretch out, easy to sit down for a meal at home. It was also very quiet.
