Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our room was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace, and our dinner in the bar. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

United Stateswhat I didn’t like about my stay was my cancelled booking at the spa . cancelled on the same day of the booking because I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t get out of bed. took some pain meds and it knocked me out on the same day. JESSICA from the spa called and o asked if I can cancel my booking because I’m not feeling well and couldn’t come she told me “No you can’t cancel because we are fully booked now” Without taking any consideration on my side she abruptly replied no. so I dropped the phone and didn’t know what to do because I was alone in the room and couldn’t even get out of the bed. upon checking out I saw that they charged me of the full amount at 250 eu for manicure and 200 eu approx. for pedicure too total of 450 eu +++ . they charged me 100% of the cost even though I didn’t show up because I was feeling well. in my end isn’t it that the hotel also needs to check on the welfare of the guest too? and the guest in the hotel? for me I made the right choice not to go to the spa considering that I was traveling for the past few days and I don’t want any chances of a virus in the spa considering that it’s a small place. upon so many considerations and explanations that I made through fron office they only gave me a discount of 25% off from the spa. another option was to avail the service on the same day of my checkout but they were also confused if to charge me a new rate or not. so that’s what confused me also. I have sent an email to Jessica a day after that incident but she wasn’t able to get back to me asap. and on that day another staff was handling me and had to coordinate with JESSICA STILL. point here is I think you should put considerations on your cancellation charges if theres an appropriate reason for it. safety of your guest and the guest around should be your priority as well.
I like the amenities of this hotel. though it may be a bit pricey but definitely worth the payment you spend on. YOU TOTALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. the staff were all accomodating they also picked us up at the train station which was a 3 mins ride haha in a rolls Royce. 😎 it was snowing during our stay they were able to accomodate us complimentary ride to and from the shops around st moritz

We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the lake. it was spectacular. everything at badrutts palace exceeded our expectations. for example, the service at breakfast was exceptional- very attentive and food was excellent; concerige was very helpful work hiking trails to do and he organised complimentary rides to and from hiking spots; we were able to use complimentary electric bikes; the housekeeping service was exceptional- clothes were folded up, and very fast and efficient. Brilliant hospitality. we will definitely be back.

United StatesThis hotel far exceeds expectations. The staff is attentive and will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is also great, with incredible views of the Lake. We enjoyed this top-rate hotel, their services and the friendly atmosphere the staff creates. Other pluses were: breakfast, the indoor/outdoor pool and the spa. We will definitely return.

United Statesto start, the staff at this hotel is nothing but kind and courteous. anyone i spoke with was sweet and helpful. the hotel itself is beautiful with lots of great amenities (like the pool and spa area!). the bed in the room was so comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic (they have both buffet and a la carte options). would love to stay here again.
