Very clean, modern and minutes from train station. Collected from airport in a curtsy car and were provided with tickets for free train, tram, bus rides within a certain zone.

Free shuttle from the airport which was easy to arrange. Excellent breakfast - probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten. Pleasant and helpful staff. Very comfortable and quiet room - slept very well.

the location is great！cityrail station is just next to the building and the hotel will provide transportation card for free. shuttle bus service is very good and the driver is very friendly.

I asked for hair conditioner, since my luggage was lost - but they didn't have it. And ironing is only available in ironing room - which can be nice when you have time, but not nice when you're in a rush and need just an iron.

Amazing shuttle service, amazing breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. Very stylish, and the bar person was very kind and welcoming to serve after hours.

The hotel was a good choice ! It is literally located next to the train station and just a few minutes away from the airport, where you can go by the freeshuttle provided by the hotel. By taking the train, you are only 10 minutes away from the center of Geneva. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast included many options and it was very tasty.

as we did not stay for holiday reasons, the surroundings did not interest us much, but the hotel is located in a rather industrial area where you would not necesserily go for a walk

very tasteful design, all clean and new. Waterkettle and coffeemaker in the room. Bathroom and bed, all neat and with a nice and fresh odour. Enough space to hang ones clothes, walk-in shower, nice showergel and shampoo

Not many restaurants near by, but no problem to go downtown with the train if necessary.

Still new and very close to the railway station. Breakfast very good compared to other hotels in this area.

Maybe because I booked basic room but there were no fridge. Also it was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room to a comfortable one for me and outside was very cold. There was a small issue with the shower. It was pierced and water was splashing everywhere. However it wasn’t so uncomfortable.

Cozy, quiet, big room and very comfortable. It was clean. Very close to the railway station which brings you to Cornevin central station. They offered free airport shuttle. The guy was right on time early in the morning and everything was pretty smooth.

The staff was friendly. What I like the most ist that they offered the taxi shuttle from and to the airport. The train station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and it takes 10 minutes to the center of Geneva. The room was spacious

Everything was very expensive, but maybe that is just Switzerland in general. We were disappointed that the TV wasn't connected to the Internet, especially in this day and age in such a new hotel. That isn't a big thing, but it would have been nice to have been able to sign into Netflix and watch a movie as we were just chilling there for a night before our flight home.

Housekeeping did not replace coffee used or toilet paper used. Safe did not work in first room. Moved and second room bedside light flickered after a few minutes. Very uncomfortable soft mattress. In checkout they advised firmer mattress can be requested.

Excellent breakfast!! Restaurant dinner also good. Location next to train station is great.

No fridge in the room. Not all (front desk) employees speak English. It would be perfect to have a choice between shower and bathtub.

The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, especially scrumbled eggs and bacon - rich and smooth. Receptionists were polite and helpful. Good location next to the train station, free shuttle service.
