Stayed for a week and the location was good, accessibility to train and bus stations and routes. My room were clean and spacious enough for md and the restaurant was good with really good service. The staff was helpful as well.

Limited meal choices and tea/coffee facility in room was a bit sparse, 4 teabags all different flavours and 3 coffee sachets ( 2 decaf) a bit limited for a couple.

Very clean and quiet, bed was very comfortable and shower facilities very good. Hotel was ideally located for access to the city , next to train station (9 min ride to city centre) and very close to airport. Staff very very accommodating and courteous. Hotel looked very new and well maintained. Free courtesy but to & from airport, but did not operate for first wave out of GVA (0600hrs). Hotel also communicated well POs booking and prior to arrival. Was permitted to check in early as room was ready.

Great hotel for the airport and Palexpo. Free shuttle bus was an added bonus. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Checking in was a bit of a challenge because they could finalise my payment via the details I had provided Booking.com. I ended up paying more than what was advertised.

At the bus and rail station. Very easy to get around. Great breakfasts. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is a bit basic, not too many whole products and/or vegetables and/or low fat products.

As a business hotel , no enough iron boards for thr distribution , the iron board in the dedicated location was dirty with fat stains on the surface . I suggested to put a bed sheet over it to cover the dirt , not done

I didn't like the fact I couldn't stay longer. It was a quick getaway trip for mine and my husband's anniversary. I'll make it a longer stay on my next trip.

I loved the location of the hotel and the easy access to trains just a two minute walk away. The staff helped us get travel passes for local transport. From this hotel we travelled on the train to connect to trains going to Zurich. From there were travelled as far as Lake Thun. The staff were superb particularly the ones on the front desk. The restaurant staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was good and dinner was amazing!

Only a couple of thing: The pillows, it looks big but when use it, it shrinks. You have to pay a security deposit on check in. Your money won’t be returned until 5-7 working days.

I would suggest the restaurant to have a couple more dishes options, and I think that the breakfast time could be a little longer specially on weekends.

Cleanliness,the rooms were very spacious as for European standards! The rooms have an automatic courtain system that allows you to have a complete blackout so you can sleep like a baby. Beds were also very comfortable. One thing that needs to be improved is the toiletries … There was no body cream I.e. or shower caps, not vanity sets, which sometimes for women are a must!

They don’t have a transfer every 30 minutes from airport as other hotels nearby have. In Mercure you need to schedule a time to the transfer pick up you. Also They are not so close to the airport as I imagined . It’s 8 minutes by taxi. If you stay in the Centre of Genève it’s 15 -20 minutes . I didn’t see to much advantage in staying in the Airport area as I was expecting. We traveled by car and parking was not exclusive for hotel , the hotel is located in a complex with other business sharing the parking, it was complicated to find the spaces and to pay in the exit. There were no staff to help in the garage and the hotel had only to employees at the time , not so helpful .
