Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Apartments are exceedingly good equipped and designed. That's really rare case when you feel yourself like you are at home. Attention to small details makes house cozy and functional. Location is pretty quite and safe, parking is located nearby. Host was extremely supportive and answered on all our questions online. Thanks for small gifts like cookies, chocolates and some wine. This is a place where we would like to get back :)

United KingdomCommunication with the host`s assistant. We wanted to extend our stay, therefore we gave a call to our host. Instead of him, his assistant Adil spoke to us and confirmed our stay. I have sent a text via booking.com as well. We went for skiing and left our stuff in the flat and waited our host quote for the extension. On our way back to the flat after skiing we have been told to move out because someone else have booked it. I gave a call to the host saying that we were agreed about the extension and they should have removed this date from the system. Unfortunately the host simply declined the call.... The flat is gut, but the management is very unprofessional.
