Hotel Alphorn was incredible. Christine was so welcoming and accomodating. She went above and beyond. The location was great, close to everything and the travel card for public transport was such a great bonus. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back!

We arrived early, and the room was ready. They probably gave us an upgrade. The room was super neat and super clean. The owner and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is close to Interlaken West train station, platform 1, section A, yet it is quiet—just around 3 minutes' walk. Breakfast has enough variety. This hotel is awarded as one of the best two stars hotel in Interlaken

Christine is Hotel Alphorn B&B. Warm welcone and personable service throughout me stay. Suggested itinerary advice adds to great service. Breakfast service is personal to each guest ..... you must try the coloured eggs.....they are not ornaments.

The mattress could be better but it was worthy the price and compensated by the location and by the room with a balcony they gave us.

Hotel very near to the Interlaken West train station (main station). 10 minutes walking to the city center and 20 to the other train station, where you can take the trains to the Jungfrau region. Very nice staff.

The staff were lovely, friendly and kind. They also let us check in an hour early and offered recommendations of the local area etc. The room was lovely and clean - fresh towels were provided every day which was a bonus for me! The hotel itself is in a quiet area and only a 5 minute walk to Interlaken West station. Breakfast was an amazing addition to set you up for the day.

The Alphorn is a small bed and breakfast, with very friendly staff. The room was quite big, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. It is also a 10 min walk from the center and there is a big supermarket very near.

The staff and service were the best part of my stay! Christine was so friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and had a kettle to make tea, and the neighborhood was quiet! Overall a restful stay, I would return!

The bathroom was small, but spotless!

We had a wonderful stay. The owner is lovely and gave us great tips to getting around the city. She even gave us a discount card for some of the attractions and free bus pass. The location is excellent. Breakfast was delicious and our accommodations were very clean. I would definitely recommend!

The nicest people in Switzerland work in this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was super clean, the bed was super comfortable, there was a kettle in the room, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West, which is super convenient.

The kettle was in a little of an awkward position due to the cord length, but it's a small thing.

The host Christine was great and very friendly, a great personality who made the experience so much more comfortable and personable. The room was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very calm and cozy. I enjoyed hearing the horses clip clop down the street on some of the afternoons!

Amazing property that is very close to train station and town. Room was comfortable and clean. What makes this accommodation exceptional is the helpful and caring staff. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a perfect one. Breakfast included was continental and a high standard of food with fresh bread and croissants. Would love to stay again in the future.
