We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

While the selection was satisfying, it may be a bit challenging for those who prefer hot breakfast items. The rooms, though cozy and charming, don't have air conditioning. This wasn't an issue during my stay as the weather was mild, and a fan was provided, which helped. However, on hotter days, the room did feel a bit stuffy, needing open windows for ventilation. The bathrooms are quite compact, making the toilet and shower area somewhat congested. The sink is located outside the bathroom in the corner of the main room, which was a bit unconventional but manageable.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the warm hospitality provided by the owner, Christine, and her wonderful staff, Sasa and Nelia. These lovely ladies made the experience unforgettable with their caring and friendly nature. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations; Christine's stories were a delightful bonus. I would gladly return just to spend more time with them. The rooms were spotless and charming, with lovely windows that offered great views. The hotel's location on a quaint street is incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk to Interlaken West station and a bus stop if you take the shortcut, and only 6-7 minutes through the town. This makes it an ideal base for exploring the nearby regions, with all the necessary shops and restaurants nearby. The key system is quite interesting, allowing guests to enter the hotel even after the reception closes at 7 pm. Additionally, they provide an Interlaken city card and guide, which covers all transport in Interlaken for the duration of your stay. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!
