This hotel is amazing! The design details alone are worth the stay. Staff was super friendly. The patio bar is comfy and has a cool vibe. We had a killer view of the Matterhorn from our spacious deck. Location could not be better. Love this hotel and we'll stay here again in the future. And remember, Mama knows best!!

Searching my brain for a negative? In summer it may be very warm and there is no air conditioning. A fan may be a welcome addition.

Everything! From its location beside the river and a short walk to the town centre/train station to the view of the Matterhorn. This contemporary Lodge style hotel has been well thought out in terms of style, lighting (loved the little automatic light beneath the bedside table that activates when you step out of the bed at night, softly lighting your way), the green palette of colour throughout is both relaxing and stylish. All the amenities you could want are provided, a room safe, coffee and tea facilities, fresh water supplies daily, excellent lighted wardrobe area enhanced with a faux fur robe for sitting out on the balcony 😁 The bistro food is absolutely amazing, compliments to the chef and his staff. The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. The jewel in the crown of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff, Amanda is exceptional in her skills and the team are the most warm, welcoming and friendly I have experienced in a long time. We travel the world extensively and this small hotel is a cosy relaxed little getaway. We will definitely be back, next time I think we will reserve the room with a jacuzzi 😁.

The bathroom was not very private. People in the bed room could see the person inside the bathroom.

The interiors of the room was beautiful. We also had a nice view of the Materhorne from the room.

Everything was great!

My fiancé and I spent our wedding night here in the room with the private jacuzzi. Talk about luxury! This hotel was everything we imagined and more!

The balcony with it's view of the Matterhorn was priceless. The warm coats to sit outside were very thoughtful and fun. the idea of cooking your own fondue on the balcony is very special The staff was very helpful and friendly

The bedroom with balcony with a view of the Matterhorn was worth the $’s.

A nicely presented hotel with a modern yet cosy style to the rooms. Small but perfect for a short stay, clean and well served room and super warm and friendly staff made our one nighter memorable. Will retuning day.

We booked the room with the Matterhorn view, it was really great. Room had two bathrooms and area was so spacious and clean. They had a Zermama bear robe, it was so comfortable when we were having our fondue outside at the balcony. Free pick up service from Zermatt train station.

The cozy furnishings and spacious layout provided the perfect retreat after a long day on the mountain. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amenities. From the well-equipped ski storage area to the soothing hot tubs , every aspect of the hotel was designed to enhance the skiing experience and ensure guests' comfort and relaxation. Last but certainly not least, I must commend the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the room dining servers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy retreat in the heart of the mountains, whether you're a seasoned skier or just looking to enjoy some time in nature. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
