Hotel vibe was great with fun room decor. We had a patio with view of Matterhorn that was amazing. Good location, short walk from train station.

The location is very good, close to the train station and city centre. Also very close to the funicular that goes to Sunnegga. We had a room with balcony and garden view and it was very nice and clean. When we arrived the host was very welcoming and they also have a dog which was very cute and friendly.

There is no AC in summer and it is not in the city center, but not too far from the action

The rooms are very comfy and cozy. The breakfast is very good although we didn't choose the buffet. The location is a little noisy, but you can get the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony

I loved my dinner at the restaurant- Duck Pie super yum! but I had to ask to be served, I had to go up and order a drink as no one came back to take my drink order. I then had to remind them about my wine as I had nearly finished my meal. I had to get my own bread. They did say they were short staffed, but as a solo traveller, I felt ignored. The breakfast the next day staff were amazing. I had to send my breakfast back as my egg was raw. Then the second breakfast was better but toast dry and overcooked. I did give them this feedback. I ate elsewhere after that. Overall amazing stay. I hope they sort the balance of quality food and enough staff soon.

I loved the friendly front of house staff. I loved how modern the hotel was and the funky room design. When I asked for something, they were quick to respond. You couldn't ask for a better location. So close to the Train, the Gornergrat, and everything else.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zermama Zermatt. The facilities were impeccible and the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was amazing and included the perfect view of the Matterhorn. The best part, you can use the mini-bar and make fondue right in your room. We absolutely will be returning.

Really nice hotel. Close to Zermatt station about 5 min walk. Make a phone call before taking train from Tasch to Zermatt then they will pick you and your luggage to the hotel by their own taxi. The staffs here are really friendly and also meet cute dog here. Next time visit Zermatt, I will stay again without hesitation.

Amazing views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Great service. The fondue on the balcony was wonderful experience. We thought it was a wonderful hotel and hope to come back and spend more time in Zermatt.

Nothing to complaint

Very friendly staff, was shown around the facility by the hotel staff. The hotel is a short distant walk to the Gornergrat railway station and the Sunnega funicular is just nearby. A room with balcony could see Matterhorn on a clear day. Definitly a good place to stay.
