This is a super family owned hotel, in a great location with super mountain views from public areas and bedrooms. We stayed in summer, but it would be super in winter too. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The team were helpful and welcoming.

Really nice place to stay. Good location within Adelboden and very kind and efficient staff. I wanted to stay in a Swiss chalet style hotel and Adler satisfied well my expectations. The restaurant serves good quality food with reasonable price.

The hotel is well kept, clean, and in a great location. Perfect mix of quite with a sprinkle of other hotels bars, and restaurants that gives you variety.

The location was exceptional when using public transportation. The staff was very helpful, the facility was clean and modern and the breakfast was amazing with the best view ever. The view from the pool was magical.

Wonderful choice this hotel.love it so much .the view is amazing and the room is clear the bed is comfortable. The reception is professional give us check in every informations,there also have swimming pool the water is warm it’s a good choice to swim here and enjoy the snow mountain. We hope we have more time spend here .it’s deserve have vacation here.I will come again with my friends.

The breakfast buffet could have been slightly more varied over the course of several days. Some sausage would have been nice on top of the bacon, but that's just nit-picking, still a 10/10 hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay, it was great in pretty much all aspects.

The bedrooms have been refurbished since we stayed here four years ago. We enjoyed a lovely six days here, with excellent food and a fine buffet breakfast.

Some meal option during one of the afternoons would have been great to have after a short hike, as every restaurants & shops around just closed before we could have a late/any lunch. Was however likely because of the Easter schedule.

Very attentive staff in the hotel, everyone from reception to restaurant and spa (we received a welcome drink, served in the restaurant area, and our dog also got a welcome pack with blanket and dog snacks in it). Super location, nicely decorated room, great restaurant (delicious food, and spacious with a superb view). The spa area was also a great place to spend a lot of time in with its view and different pools (indoor&outdoor), sauna, whirlpools and a very kind masseuse also. There are also some outdoor tennis courts right next to the hotel. Overall a great experience.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, incredible food! Travelled with two dogs; the dog blankets and dog treats in the room were a really nice touch. The hotel exceeded every expectation I may have had - the staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was marvellous, the hotel is incredibly well located, and everything about the restaurant (the breakfast, the service, the amazing dinners!) was incredible. If you're looking for a place to stay in Adelboden, look no further - I will be back!

The room was smaller than expected, due to the fact that rooms whose number ends in ..02 loose some space to the staircase and are thereby smaller than other rooms of the same category Though rooms ending in ..02 have a larger terrasse they are oriented North-East, which implies that they get little direct sun.
