“The staff were lovely and very accommodating to any little extras or questions we had. Bedroom was a little smaller than we had expected but we were 4 adults in a family room and we managed. Location was wonderful and within walking distance to the boat port and bus pickup. We had a rental car and this was useful to visit neighbouring Grindelwald and Interlaken as using the ferry boats for all these trips would have been very expensive. Not really many choices of places to go in the evening for a drink or meal if walking but the breakfast in the hotel was excellent and a huge choice - we loved it! I can highly recommend this hotel for value for money, comfort, cleanliness and location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.”
