We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe continental breakfast had few options. It was difficult to communicate with the owner, she barely speaks English. I asked her to leave us some items for the breakfast because we needed to leave at 7 am and her answer was that the breakfast started at 8:30 am. In any other hotel, breakfast starts at 6:00 am

CanadaRoom was very small, but acceptable. Just too hot and fans didn't really do the trick. No one there at front desk at our arrival. We had to go find them. They need some sort of buzzer or bell. Better overall ventilation needed for entire facility.

CanadaOutdated, building was in need of repairs and updating as it was the bare basics. Small rooms, shower didn’t have door(only a single curtain) and the a/c unit was very loud so it was difficult to have a steady sleep. The ceiling fan wasn’t balanced and therefore when adjusting the speed it almost came off the ceiling structure. The bed was basic, loud if you adjusted on it and the pillows were lumpy.
Walking distance to beach and has an option of fire pit or bbq for anyone to use.

CanadaThe breakfast so poor, just 2 options, coffee and sliced bread and cereal, no eggs , sausages, pankakes or waffles. One Mennonite family lives there, I don't know if they are the owners, no friendly at all,so many kids running and playing for all the corridors, laughing and yelling since early hours in the morning , so annoying wake up with this ambient . If they don't like people different than their culture, simple , don't rent the rooms.

No waffle maker, eggs, muffins, bagels etc. The room was very very small, you could barely squeeze through to the far side of the bed between the bed post and the dresser. There was only a very small mirror. No fridge in the room but one was in the hallway for everyone to share
This was an older property. The people were very lovely. Easy to find, in a great area. The bed was comfortable, clean, large. Nice and quiet.

Canadafaded charm. seems to have new owners who are still trying to get to grips with running a B&B. Basic breakfast, though adequate. No coffee outside of breakfast. The facilities are in need of an update - but nothing that couldn't be fixed.
It is on the cheaper side and well located for the beach, which is a good upside. Easy parking. Attentive staff, but don't seem to familiar with events / excursions in the area (though maybe we randomly picked the wrong person to ask).

CanadaA mini fridge in the room would have been nicer than a common fridge in the hall. The room was huge, but the bathroom only had a shower. That was not clear on the website.
Lovely restaurant. However I thought the website said free breakfast. It was free continental breakfast. A cup so that I could have taken a coffee in the car with me would have been nice.
