Need a car to drive to town if there for a few days. Perfect airport hotel.

Proximity to airport - walked there from hotel. Located just across the street and easy walking path. Only takes 5-10 minutes depending on luggage and pace. Staff were all so friendly, cheery and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Pillows were absolutely dreadful -- too hard and too thick. Only two and both the same. Really cut into my sleep.

We liked the Indian restaurant. And the proximity to the airport for a 5 am flight.

Walking distance to the airport (5min without baggage). Appears airport trollies can be used for heavy luggage. Useful with a 5am flight Next to the Airport Chalet with food and drinks available all day Transportation museum at the airport (closed Mon and Tues)

Well appointed spacious room, excellent wifi, located on main highway, clean and comfortable, reception staff (Torri and Jeff) were very personable and professional. I liked the Indian restaurant next door.

Location is right at the airport so not best place if you wanted to walk to town.

we needed to stay by airport for a 5 am flight. Nice room with comfortable beds. The staff were so nice. Tory checked us in and was very nice and helpful. Our check out person at 3:15 am was also super nice (not sure how she managed this so early 😁

A little more space in the bathroom where we could place toiletries. This is however a very small quibble. This hallways were a bit dimly lit. Some brighter lighting would be nice.

I almost felt like a criminal as they have a list of what is costs if you damage or take something in the room. They took a 300 incidental deposit which seemed excessive. For a room the cost $300 a night this wasn’t very welcoming.

It was close to the airport and we even walked to the location.

The empathy and friendliness of Simone the night receptionist. I overslept and rushed to the airport but unfortunately missed my flight. As my new flight was almost 6 hours later I went back to the hotel to check if i could still use my room as it was only 5:30 in the morning. Simone was waiting at the door and comforted me. Thanks for your kindness.

I got a room on ground floor as requested. I particularly liked the Indian restaurant onsite; just what I needed after a long day.

The room had a lot of holes in the wall with chipped paint for some reason and the blackout curtains were burned, somehow. There also needs to be an elevator to access the 2nd floor. The doors throughout the hotel close startlingly quickly and open slowly with resistance. It's supposed to be the other way around. I don't know why that is.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in/out was easy and stress-free.

Very expensive for one night, and no breakfast on site, so we walked to the neighbouring motel, which had a good little diner.

When getting off the plane after midnight, it was an easy walk across the highway to get to the hotel. Pillows and bedding were comfy and the modern shower was appreciated. Because of the late arrival they offred later check-out too, which was nice.
